It is rather insulting to me as a Shareholder that, after some ihub clown (PL) caught them stepping on their d**k with a filing that should have been disclosed, that they have not had the decency to really come clean and post timely numbers.
The tweet was laughable and they are late yet again reporting something that should be automatic every 30 days. It is not rocket science.
But this delay, after they got sniped, is just inexcusable.
I see long term potential here. I will be a collector here. But we will likely be here for awhile as long CDers dump in the bid. As long as everyone sees this and is realistic with their expectations. A Quarter (.25) by November is laughable unless we are talking .025.

What I love about this, Lou, is how it speaks to the excitement/interest by major entities. Investors who agree to restructure debt do so because they are confident in the company. They could easily take the money owed and move on, but it’s clear they know what’s coming as do we. It’s a good feeling.

If this rate of dilution continues, the pps will skyrocket because their assets and revenues keep increasing. 20% dilution per year is totally acceptible for this kind of growth and net profitability.
If you think 20% dilution is the cause of an 80% price drop, maybe you should re-evaluate your strategy.

Calling a multi-million company a “clown” from the comfort of one’s bedroom says it all. They are not a valid serious opinion on matters of finance and this stock in particular.
You call it diluting, but I call it fueling the machine leading to increased revenue/assets to benefit real shareholders.
I don't see where the company was forced to do anything...it's more a matter of calculated releases of information to show their transparency to shareholders and other interested parties.
IOW, there's nothing to hide.
Because he doesn't want to be laughed at. He knows the score, and AXXA is positioned to win.
You've a strange sense of what's illegal....meanwhile, $AXXA continues steady growth to benefit the shareholders.
LOL you say 115 million making it sound big, but it's only about 20%!!! 20% dilution in about 1 year is so small especially when it's small increments over time!
