From the company: the creditors have been very cooperative in renegotiating the existing debt that came with the transition years ago.
That tells me they believe in the company.
Anything can be renegotiated, depending on the disposition of the lender.

Saw that too. The debt slowly gets dissolved and the profits increase. With the other moves they plan, there is a lot to love.
It's in writing...unless I need to explain who represents related parties... from the cash flow statement...only paid down related parties which means they are more interested in paying themselves back!

Exxe is pleased to report a roughly $4.4 million decline in current liabilities, a nearly 18% drop in current debt from the March 2022 period (fiscal 2022 year-end).
Couple that with over 250 million in assets and that is Nasdaq bound. Sooner or later the MM's will get burnt!

I agree this is a 5 year hold and evaluate....I know you used the word hopefully but I just don't see any price bump off a next Q or 2....like I said previously, it is amazing the stock has held .009 considering going on 150 million shares have been handed out to CDers over the past year and change and dumped into market and mostly at bid.
That is the smartest and most accurate post here that I have seen for a long time. I am long here and continue to accumulate at these give away levels.

Call management and ask. If they can and want to disclose they will otherwise disclosures set out what individual and entities are owed money and how much. Also, financials disclose they need $1 million for expansion of some of the existing divisions. Not comfortable with the financials and disclosures then find a company you are comfortable with. Thousands of companies out there. $AXXA
If you’ve been paying attention, it seems to me the management is listening to us, the shareholders. They are not just interested in pumping it but in growing it for long-term success. It’s a rare commodity in that they have a large spectrum of companies underneath them so it’s nothing you can just bill as “what’s hot now!” and expect to ride that wave up (and then immediately down again). They know they need to build a larger base of investors and are driven to doing the things that will do that — spin-off, restructuring, paying off debt in a way that doesn’t compromise the future, and the audit (on smaller companies). This next quarter should see a lot of steps forward, and hopefully the pps will reach a higher valuation worthy of the strengths of this company in the next Q or 2. But if you want the spoils immediately, there are other companies out there with business plans to market the “next big thing” and nothing past that. Perhaps it’s time to hitch your wagon to one of those. This one is looking solid for the long haul.m

Eeyore has too much emotional entanglements with $AXXA.
IMO, letting emotions overrule sound investing decisions can sour any investing decisions.
@ExxeGroup just issued an informative PR, laying out the roadmap by which the company can grow and add shareholder value.
In response, the only thing that Eeyore can do is offer alternative facts and conspiracy investing theories, none of which has any credibility.
I'm sure that when Eeyore contacted the SEC with her alternative facts about the company, they had a good laugh.
$AXXA is more sound now than ever.
Long term maybe but CDers are slamming bid and this can't and won't move up until it stops....
I've said this before....it is impressive that the stock has been able to absorb the dumping and hold .009 for the most part. That is a good sign

OTC updated 2 days ago with no shares added to the O/S. Again you always complain about toxic notes and dilution but it's incredibly small dilution over time, they are netting almost 4 million per quarter and the market cap is only about 6 million, this might be the safest, best investment in the OTC and all this time it's staying under .01 it can break out big.
PPS drops today as the scam continues to sell shares for their CD homies. Watch and learn. How's that ONE audit coming?
