LOL this ticker was up 100% to $0.0002 on 173 shares traded? Go figure!
I wonder whats up with this ticker?
Jim K: I saw as well and have been keeping
an eye on this for years ;
Are we going to start trading this stock. The
was things are now on Wall Street anything is
possible? Otherwise have not heard anything.

I see 59,320 shares traded today. What's up and is there new life in EMOC?
Good to see you bro ZNSTATED
You got quite a number
There was a Reverse Split in there at some
point, which left me with 1,667 shares, so
I gather I had a good chunk of shares with
a sizable net loss. This isn't the only
one.
I still have not written this puppy off,
you?
EMOC used to be what? XTMS.....can't be certain
are a few others
There is no SHAME in losing

Briboy

My TDA account says some shares were traded

Jim K, the EMOC ticker will have the 'no quotations' (ie., Grey Market) forever, even if the stock shell is ever sold to a new entity. There is no escape from Hell or the Grey Markets....one in the same for previously SEC Suspended stocks.
Hi Renee, Thanks for the quick reply. The company seemed to have a viable business with assets at one point. Was it all just a scam? What happens to the stock shell. Can it be sold and proceeds returned to investors? Thanks for your help.
Jim, EMOC was an illiquid stock before the SEC Suspension and has traded only 2 days since the Suspension.
It appears that managemnent have abandoned the company and stock which should indicate that there were no legitimate operations before the Suspension.
Is there anything going on with this Company? Sure would like to see it come back to life!

Jim K: Have not noticed but will check. Am 9K in the
hold on this and I know I'll never get it back, but weird
things have happened with ones that still trade after years,
and they turn into attractive Shells and sooner or later
get picked up by somebody, so you never know. I have so
many 'could have should have' stories my name is not
"If only Bri" - so many close calls to mega bucks am
sick of it.
Good luck to you.
Is anyone else seeing the ask price on EMOC go crazy before the open? I have noticed it the last two days?
I still have 9K in this POS
just waiting to jettison on taxes one of these years.
Watch it be another PRDM
I am sick
What did they sell PRDM at, a quarter/share
Instead of making 40K, I lost 70%
One reason I am not trading right now.

6. Dynkowski and James Meagher carried out the Xtreme Motorsports pump-and-dump scheme. The two of them, who met through InvestorsHub.com, pumped Xtreme Motorsports stock through wash sales, matched orders, and other manipulative trading during January and February 2007. Dynkowski’s friend, Defendant Adam Rosengard, served as the nominee account holder who facilitated the dump of 13 million purportedly unrestricted shares of Xtreme Motorsports stock. After pumping the stock, Dynkowski sold the shares from Rosengard’s account generating illicit proceeds of $257,646.

This will help you if your interested:
I always keep one eye on him because he blatantly lied to me and others in my family and we lost a lot of money here.
Lookup McCaa Electric.
That will lead you to contact info
Z: This one was in the days when I was a follower
and took a nice spanking on it. Unless we see a miracle
it is dead in the water and to be used to offset profits
on income tax.
Shares sell every once in a while so you never know,
stanger things have happened.
Hey, check out ATWT!
hey Bri what's the good word on this POS
I got jacked for about 3k on this junk
Z
Dead companies can still turn into Shells
and as long as it is trading there is a chance
to climb out with something.
At one point last year or so I had reduced my
loss to about 75%..should have sold when there
was some volume before this co. ran into problems.
Someone may also buy this and re-promote it..is
easier than starting one up sometimes I guess.
This was a BAD learning experience, and would
love to someday unload this one and RSDS (RIND)
Good luck to you op9
seriously? that's quite a chunk. do we know the share structure of this co? i have a little bit of this from a good while ago. i bet if the ask got hit it would bounce right up and fly by a penny,
but the co is dead?
Bro....College Football right around the corner.
TCU baby!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have about 9 grand in this sucker, so for me
it's not time to give up on it, and at least
there is a bid/ask to it.
Some times you have to lose in order to win,
so in that respect, getting into penny stocks,
swing trading, etc. am glad I had to go thru
boot camp with the likes of EMOC and RSDS.
GLTY
um...I think there has been
I can't believe there hasn't been any lawsuits against this company, their CEO and the board for fraud.
this piece of crap company still has a board?.....why...lol
No, not at all, sorry. Just anecdotal regarding a stock that had similar action to this when I was in it way back when.
Yes, it was the sand car company. Do you have any new news you can share? Thanks, Jim K
Hey was this that sand buggy company? I was just talking to someone about that today.
No Problem! Apology accepted.
Sorry just a little frustrated in the pink OTC.
It happens
Cheers
Whoa Buddy,
I do not know what I did to receive such nasty reply. If asking a question puts people on your shit list then you my friend have a problem!
This is how I roll. I don't like you. YOu are on the shit list!
Jim these cats flew the coupe!
imo
zzzzzzzzzzz
Why would anyone sell 2,454 shares at $0.003 to make $7.36? At best they broke even after commissions.
You might ask daiello if he has the contact info. He always seemed to have the "special" emails. Luvtradin also but I think he disappeared after the pump and dump.
Jim K: I still have reverse split shares.
The stock trading was halted at one point by
the SEC for questionable business practices
so to speak, but recently has been trading
again, though we have had no news.
I would not give up on it. I have several
dormant penny stocks that are coming back...
are being re-promoted, bought out, that
sort of stuff.
Good luck

Thanks to the reply to my note. Do you think EMOC is still in business. Things seemed so promising a year or so ago and now to hear nothing is unusual at best.
There has been movement lately, now @ .0065
Can't find a reason.
The company appears to have gone to sleep, can't find a contact either. Haven't tried the last known law firm yet.
Does anyone know what ever happened to EMOC. The company seems to have disappeared along with my stock position. I wish I knew how to contact Alan MaCaa.
Thanks for your help.
What ever happened to EMOC. I had a substantial position that is now basically worthless. Plus, I can't find out any information about the company. Does anyone know how to contact Alan MaCaa?
Thanks for your help.
