I don't think XTRM is being held back by MMs.
It is being held back by management's inability to get the company recognized as a builder (symbol and name change) and even more so by the self-dealing by the real estate agent who makes more money converting preferred shares under market than by selling any number of houses built by XTRM.
The financials will NEVER be good until the dilution through those toxic preferred shares ends. THey need to address buying out those shares or somehow getting out from under that burden.

Agreed, this regurgitated "updates are coming", followed by pictures of houses is getting old. Its also being completely held back by MM's.. wonder at what volume will they allow it to run. Little Vinnie with his room temperature IQ updates definitely don't help the cause.

I don't believe so. Pink current in itself has value to OTC investors regardless. I've seen empty pink current shells run multi pennys. All depends on what the OTC is feeling. I do stand by admittedly duped by a lack luster management team but not the product.

Once again, management failure. Looking back on the blazing hot housing market and seeing the constant decline of $xtrm SP throughout is certainly concerning to me. Their inability to capitalize on PR'S and Great QR'S is sickening at this point. The one silver lining here is the market which $XTRM conducts business. Boise Real Estate should remain red hot (not as hot as early 2022) but the influx of Californians seeking cheaper property and the ability to remote work will allow for continued Boise Development.
Also something concerning of note: Kerry Angelo (Vinnie's Father) is also working at $XTRM which I only found out by doing some deeper digging. I hope the lack of transparency with hiring immediate family is the worst of it. I think that would be naïve of me.
