It seems that they are financing the company's growth & development by issuing shares. Probability salaries, bonuses & other deals also. Nothing wrong with doing this. should be up-front with shareholders.

This is probably a good thing for this stock. Increasing revenues for XTRM made the stock go down, so many decreasing revenues will make it go up.

A month ago I adviced people to watch the Ten year rate bond that was around 1.40 % today is above 2.50% mortgages have declined 40% todays news... The TYB IS RAISING VERY RAPIDLY so market is entering into a very risky environment worse than 2008 imo the real estate bubble is about to explode and whoever is selling shares knows what is going on..

I'm not sure what you're implying here. As far as OTC's go this one has remained more transparent than most. I know of shell OTC tickers with higher PPS. retail investors interest in OTC may be down overall anyway.

never seen a more lame duck OTC. makes you miss 45 big time. for $XTRM to maintain communication with share holders and being a profitable company in the OTC, this thing should be getting much more attention. is the general sentiment across the OTC pretty dull???
Time will tell. I continue to have faith in this company. some steps like the name change would go a loooooooong way. hoping that's on the horizon.

LGBS always has the same tweets, obviously from the same guy, pretty sure that's Vic Devlaeminck. LGBS a few months back had news they had a 50% acquisition of "North Star Developers", and when I researched that it was the same address as North Star Homes. And to date all these "news" releases contain no information about any partnership which makes me believe we are getting scammed or left out of some profits somehow.

This company makes money, builds houses, has positive operating income. You can't ask for much more in OTC.
Californians are fleeing in droves to Idaho. I'm in and staying in long term and buying more along the way. Good luck to all.
yeah it seems undervalued but with those shares not even being in the mix yet...its pretty tough to judge where to even begin nibbling..lol. at this rate this thing could be in trips by the time Sept rolls around and those shares start freeing up. I will continue watching..hard to say when I'll start toeing the waters.
