She is selling homes for North Star. My point is North Star is expanding, and building homes for larger GC'S on bigger developments of which Rachel is not the realtor.
The name change still not being done makes it look like a scam for sure. One of the easiest processes in pinky world is a name and ticker change. Something isn’t right here imo.

It's a scam. XTRM doesn't own any homes to sell. They sell worthless stock to penny stock marks.
The note balance in the annuals haven’t decreased enough to allow for that pay down to Rachel. It went from 2.8 mil to 2.5. Her collective amount owed is/was a NOTE as stated in the recent annual. I argue the pay down on the one note isn’t reflected in liabilities therefore the note hasn’t been paid down to $98k. I’ll look closer later. If I see anything promising on the reports, I’ll certainly reflect that in a follow up post.
If Rachel isn’t listing North Star homes, she needs to update her web site. I think she is.
I understand this. However they are receiving opportunities from GC ran developments, whom already have a designated reality team.. IE.. Cazador Community
please look at this website and tell me where you see Rachel Cook is selling homes for North Star in the Cazador community https://www.cazadoridaho.com/ ...... also please note that one of her notes has been paid down to $98k and the remaining one has $1.5m. accruing 8%, while is alot , it is also something very manageable to pay for a company that has a gross profit of $1.5m over the last two FY's.
Everyone who has shares in XTRM should be warned that the company is led by some mongoloids , save your money and get out of here as soon as possible

The financial is clear, she is owed a fortune, she receives shares for debt and interest, the debt isn’t decreasing by any significant amount, the share structure has continued to rise despite home sales and yes, she is also the listing broker for the homes being built. That is a sweetheart deal for her, not shareholders as I see it. The acting CEO doesn’t run this show imo. The name change BS is comical. Name changes is one of the most basic processes in pinks.

Any ways we are still aware this is a pink current money maker...right? this isn't even a small cap and is trading at less than a penny. Again I'm glad the time is being taken to wrongly micro analyze a stock trading at a tenth of a penny. Under valued, and oversold... this bounces back very soon.

Cause Rachel Cook doesn’t need a name change to get paid. Every time We see a Twitter post about how good shit is, the pps falls. I’m sure the float Is moving up as the price falls. What is owed to the real estate agent now? Probably pretty close to what was owed a year ago. That debt interest conversion is a killer. A convenient killer. Who really pulls the strings here, the CEO? Doubt it. Doesn’t she broker the houses? What a sweet deal. Sell worthless paper to a pubco, then convert the interest on debt for profit while the company continues to carry the principal. This debt will never be paid back at this rate but I don’t think it’s meant to be paid back. Jmho

Big problems in Boise, Idaho hitting now with surging new home inventories as buyers now disappear. Many developers will go bankrupt over the next few years. Go to minute 15 of video if you want specific Boise inventory numbers.
I will buy trips, whenever that mysterious bidder disappears , its imminent
