Pacific CMA, Inc., through its Hong Kong-based subsidiary, AGI Logistics (HK) Ltd., is a logistics service provider/freight-forwarding company. The Company facilitates and provides supply Chain Management Solutions, Contract Logistics Services and International Forwarding Services from Hong Kong and China. Established in August 1998, AGI ships cargo through a variety of media, including ground, sea, river, rail or air freight. Specifically, AGI uses the following freight forwarding methods: international shipping (air and ocean transport of freight utilizing international commercial and cargo lines); truck (movement of non-expedited freight via AGI's own trucking fleet of four vehicles as well as independent trucking firms and owner-operators); river barge (delivery of cargo to terminals or to tackles of ocean vessels), and rail (movement of non-expedited freight via railroads). AGI focuses primarily on large shipments of equipment or materials weighing over 100 kilograms. Financial Summary Pacific CMA, Inc. is a logistics service provider and freight forwarding company, providing supply chain management, contract logistics services and international forwarding services from Hong Kong and China. For the three months ended 3/31/03, revenue totaled $14 million, up from $3M. Net loss increased 56% to $29 thousand. Results reflect higher freight forwarding income due to increased tonnage and the Airgate acquisition, offset by a rise in the cost of space.
