It was as simple as reading. Every filing.....google street view to look at their location....and calling them up and acting like a customer wanting to buy.........first answer I got was....
Wr don't actually have any cars here...our current inventory is offsite and just pre-owned vehicles at this time.....

Sure. This is Cellar Locking. This is when the stock ASK is .0002 and No-Bid. Makes a huge spread where traders are not wanting to reach for the ASK. Just a tactic that is used by MM's. You can do some education in this and other subjects for playing sub penny plays. You can do it the easy way or like I did which is the hard way. Does anyone have the new address? There is not new listing on their website. I tried looking it up, I also tried http://txdmv.gov/dealers but they only list 7703 Sand Street Fort Worth so called the Texas dmv dealers number. They only have this 7703 address.

I stopped by the leasing office for 7703 Sand Street to see if they could tell me anything. They provided #'s for Mack Sanders (214-534-9334)and Walter Specks (281-731-4638)but they didn't have a forwarding address.

SEC doesn't have any updated info either. I found that the Company is registered in Nevada so I checked with Nevada SOS.

Mack Sanders is not listed as the officer or director, only Mr Gary Easterwood and Mr Heny Speck are listed. Their registration lic in Nevada expired 10/31/2013.

I always hold/retain shares in the stocks I post on or about (not many). It gives me the right to share the realities of EVCA and any others that have gone South. It was a good trader for me in the past and I did fine. The realities became much clearer after I spoke personally with the CEO early last year.

Timing is always paramount and I can use the small tax loss.
