Financials look great. Much better than an ETF as income is offsetting expenses. The income is mostly from fees related to Purpose Investments Bitcoin fund and management sees those fees as reoccurring. Also they acknowledge the gap between NAV and market cap indicting a gross asset value of $7.80 per common share undiluted. I have to say this looks like a undervalued gem. Management is also conducting review of non ether assets and looking to divest those that don’t fit with the current business plan.

Yes you are right that some of the discrepancy lies in the warrants/options outstanding. I counted a total of 6.2 million outstanding. So added to the shares outstanding would bring share count to 40 million, at $5 cad per share gives $200 million market cap vs NAV of Aprox $260 million. Instead of $3 per share brings it down to $1.50…all in cad funds. Still a significant difference in my opinion.

Maybe the warrants have to do with some of the difference in mkt cap. I didn't see any preferred shares when I skimmed the filing. Nearly 9M warrants would be about 36M USD, so there must be another reason for the large gap, I was thinking preferreds but didn't see any.

It’s official, $100 million Cad difference between NAV and market cap, or $3 per share. Does this get corrected or maybe it doesn’t? It’s time for management to address this issue. Other than staking 32 eth, management hasn’t done anything in a long while. Look at tokens.com, management is very active and the share price has gone up 500% in the last month. The NAV of tokens is more than $100 million over market cap.

Yeah maybe nasdaq will help, but another blockchain otc stock I own SMURF, has a valuation $100 million over NAV, so I’m not too sure why this one trades at such a discount. It’s like buying ETH at a discount. Probably a good buy

I assume if it can hold above $5 for however long, and then they try to uplist to the Nasdaq, it'll then close the valuation gap. I assume the gap is because its OTC Pink, but I could be wrong.

Being on Nasdaq and having options would increase the amount of eyes on it, imo.

I wonder who keeps loading up the ask as we approach $100 million NAV difference from market cap? Either this thing is a dud, or it’s gonna explode to catch up to its NAV…I’m betting on the explosion

Now $82 million NAV difference from market cap….and I gave no value to wyre investment of $2 million…..$2.41 per share based on Aprox 34 million shares out. This can’t continue or it would be best to shut her down and sell everything and payout the proceeds to shareholders…that would be over $7 cad per share.

Love seeing that stub ask price of $6. That’s where this should be, the discount to the price of eth is becoming ridiculous but can’t last forever. Just not sure I’ll be alive to see it revert

Honestly I’d like to see the company specifically outline what their growth plan is. All we’re getting right now is vague staking and defi plans. The value of ether is driving share price, it’s time management started driving. I believe CEO and CFO making $150k a year plus options. Not sure what they are bringing to the table right now. Having said all this, the share price is lagging NBV so we should see that correct. In the spring there was a premium to NBV which corrected itself. Patience is the key with this one.

The discount to NBV of Ethc assets is $54 million now. Market cap is $166 million vs assets of Aprox $220 million. $206 million of the total assets is eth coins. Market cap is $165 million with 33.8 million shares outstanding. That’s $1.60 per share discount….I believe this will be corrected by the market, probably very quickly.

Mkt cap does a pretty good job tracking the value of the portfolio. With increased awareness, a premium could be justified imo. Either way, highly correlated to price of ether.
