That is because nobody wants to sell at the bid 0.001! Anyway it is
0.0004 x 0.0005 now.
Yup could almost buy a movie ticket and a small popcorn with the huge volume day that ETNL had today!!! LOL!! Don't really seeing anyone that is going to get rich here!!
Basser
$28.36 dollor volume....Get rich my friend....lol!
It is up 150% so far! 0.001 x 0.0015 now. Easy triple from here...
.002??????????? Not gonna happen No product No company anymore Very few people trading this and volume is almost non existent.
Good luck with this anyhoo!!!
Basser
It is up 60% so far! Head onto 0.002 or higher very soon! Oversold!!
You are right about the bankruptcy being the biggest event in this company's history. The thing about the bankruptcy is that the company is not likely to be able to pay off suppliers and manufacturing outlets so they won't be able to put out any products. Now a company that is not able to have any product manufactured is not likely to sell any product so there is no way for this company to show a profit.
This is a company that is essentially dead in the water and I feel that those people that are still investing money here are just wasting their time and stand to lose their investment dollars here.
This is a company that I felt had a viable idea but I also believe that it was very much mismanaged which led to the bankruptcy that the company finds itself in now.
It is just my opinion but I think that there are better and safer places to invest than Eternal Image.
Good luck on your investments.
Basser
Thanks for your opinion! I still think the volume should not be such
low considering the bankruptcy is the biggest event for a company...
To tell the truth I have no idea why ETNL stock has had a slight jump in price. As for the low trade volume it seems to be about right for a bankrupt company, actually pretty high for a bankrupt company. I am really kind of surprised that this is still trading at all. Best advice I can offer is to be careful with this one.
Basser
It is up 25% so far (150% bounce from the bottom price 0.0002)! When
will the company officially file the bankruptcy? Why so low volumes?
It seems no big sell-off at all after the bankruptcy! Why those old
shareholders are still holding tens of millions of worthless shares?
Maybe no one wants to buy something that is worthless and will put their money in something that won't go to zero?
Why the trading volume is such ridiculous low since the bankruptcy?
I have never seen anything that says that the ticker can't have the Q at the end of it if the bankruptcy is involuntary or not. Bankruptcy is bankruptcy regardless of whether it was chosen by a company or forced upon them. This is MY OPINION ONLY since I am not a lawyer.
About the only thing that anyone can do is wait till this case has had its day in court and there is an official verdict presented. Until then the only thing that people can do is offer their opinions and not much more.
Basser
The only thing I wonder is that since it is an involuntary bankrupcy, they may not be able to disolve until the court gives the final ok.
Just guessing
Did the company file the bankruptcy yet? CH11 or CH7? Why the symbol
has no ending "Q"?
So when are they officially going bankrupt? Id like to do my taxes next year and file this as a loss. But how can I? It is still showing up as a valid stock.
Well at the NFDA on Sunday spoke with someone with Cherokee, they received the license for Prescious Momemnts, they also were offered the KISS line but refused, they do have 2-3 Kiss caskets in their warehouse, once they are gone they are gone.
If I understood correctly, they were offered the license so that the product could continue to be offered, I assume their would be some moentary considerations also.
As of this morning, have not seen any other EI products on display by other jobbers, will look better today
That is a good question Al. I think that the entities that granted the license rights would have been the ones that would take them from the company if they had not been paid. If these license fees had been paid then there is not a way that I could see them being listed in the bankruptcy but I ain't a lawyer so I don't really know how all this works. It is interesting to watch and see what the legalities involved really are.
Basser
I may be uninformed but the reason I ask is I don't understand how they can take the licenses away from creditors in a bankruptcy situation. They are the only asset the company had.
............al
Nothing I have hard or read about
Be interesting at NFDA next week to see if any of the NEW products are out or if it is quiet.
Still trading????????????? Seriously??????????????

The term big volume day is a relative term in regards to the way that this stock normally trades which most days means no trades at all. I guess that if my post had actually been read that the reader would have noticed the questions as to why the ticker symbol does not include the Q to denote that the company is bankrupt. Don't you think that this might be of interest to someone who is not familiar with the history of the company that they are buying shares in.
"Not sure why I stopped by here."
That makes two of us.
Basser
Sorry, but I don't think there are many that would consider $26 in trades "a big volume day". I think there was another big day recently that had $5 worth of activity. Not sure why anyone would watch, track, and report some fool trading a defunct company with couch change, Not sure why I stopped by here.

Somebody is still trading this. I wonder why there is no Q at the end of the ticker to denote that the company is bankrupt? Big volume day today, next day maybe nothing, just the way the trading goes with this stock.

No, the latest, and last ETNL run was a pump to get rid of the last shares. Do you know of anyone who bought low and sold high on that little tizzy? Didn't think so.
That's not the way any respectable stock works. That's the way crap stocks work. The fact that it happened here is absolute proof of that.
It's hysterical to suggest that's the way the stock market works. This is a piece of crap stock, was a piece of crap company, was always, and always will be. Only piece of crap stocks run like that and to suggest otherwise is the absolute proof you seek.
First of all you are more than welcome. And also that is not just the way the stock market works for "fraudulent penny stock companies pumped by undisclosed paid promoters works."
That is the way that all stocks work in that one day they can have a dramatic fall off and the next day they can have dramatic gains. Market fluctuations influence every stock that is on the open market. That is the way that people make money on stocks by taking advantage of the low prices during dips and selling when the stock prices rise. This is not a phenomenon that is just limited to Eternal Image stock and is seen all the way up the food chain up to and including any blue chip stock that might come up in the disscussion.
As far as the assertion that there were undisclosed paid promoters for Eternal Image I don't know of any personally and I don't have any proof that there were any in existence. Until someone can provide irrefutable evidence that would hold up in a court of law I have to just take that statement with a grain of salt. Actually show this proof and I will be more than happy to change my point of view on this subject.

Basser
Thank you for the expert take on "how the stock market works".
Just a little correction, that's how the market for fraudulent penny stock companies pumped by undisclosed paid promoters works.
But I guess I'm not telling you something you don't already well know.
That is the way the stock market works. Tommorow it might be .0001 and next week it might be .001. With the bankruptcy I was surprised that this was trading at all. I thought that bankrupt companies had a Q on the end of the ticker. Really doesn't matter to me WHO is dumping shares.
I'll go ahead and keep an eye on what is going on with Eternal Image but it is really not that high on my personal attention meter.
Just curious on my part as to what the SEC is going to do in this case. Nothing really to do but wait and see.

No, probably not, but it would be nice, right? Right?
OH, be assured they are trying to make it right by all of us stockholders. I am """almost certain""" of that. LOL
NH
The bankruptcy turned EI stock into something that nobody is going to hold long term so I think that the only people that are trading it would be flippers. Not an ideal flip stock either since there is not that much liquidity or volume but it does look like a few are doing this.
I agree that the stockholders are not going to see anything, BUT where are they getting these products to sell?
I would tend to think, that if some of these products were in fact made prior to the bankrupcy proceedings and someone affiliated with the company, put some in storage somewhere than this could get to be a rather sticky situation with the bankrupcy court and the creditors.
I believe that if in fact these products were in fact made and stored before the bankrupcy filing, then these products are considered an asset for the court to sell to get some of the money back to the creditors.
I would hedge to bet that someone had some product in their garage or basement, otherwise where was it and how could they come up with it in such a short period of time?
JMHO
Flippers? What, FLIPPERS? I'm sure I've heard it said many times that this stock is only for SERIOUS shareholders, not flippers.
Nothing but the last rattling breath of share manipulators trying to dump their shares paid for undisclosed promostional activity.
Thanks for putting up the correct link. Not surprising that they are offering products through the new LLC since that is probably the reason that they changed from being a publicly traded company in the first place.
Not a lawyer but I don't think that there is anything illegal about them changing to a private company. The bankruptcy procedings are still in place against the public company so all we can do is wait and see what happens with that. In my opinion none of the shareholders will see any of the settlement money.

I agree in priciple but there are so many crooks running around loose in the quagmire of pinkyland that by the time that they get around to the officers of Eternal Image that I believe most will have put this on the backburner or will have no interest at all.
The wheels of justice turn like a wheel that has been lubed with mollasses in January.(Not talking about January here in Cali but someplace like Montana or Minnesota!!! LOL!!!)
Have a good one

People have passion. It runs through all we do - who we love, what we do for a living, how we worship and how we spend our free time. So, why, when our lives are so full of passion, do funerals - events designed to celebrate a life - have to be so plain and boring? The truth is, they don't. Eternal Image gives people choices. Whether you are pre-planning your ownservice (as many people do) or seeking a tribute for someone you love, Eternal Image can help you find products that represent the passion of your (or your loved one's) life. We are rolling new products out of production, adding new designs for existing licenses and seek new licensing partners. Let us help you celebrate the passions of life.
