The company should explain how it acquired the shell. The shell was a Louisiana company that had no reports filed for five years. All of a sudden it's reinstated and then merged with the brand new Nevada corp.
Nobody told NASD or Pink Sheets that this is now a NEVADA corp. that is not public and that the Louisiana corp. is GONE.
The company needs to explain how it obtained the shell-- from who-- and why it hasn't notified NASD that it's a NEVADA corp. now, non-public, or why it's using the Nevada authorized of 1,000,000,000 to print old Louisiana shares.

I have determined that I was not going to respond to you but these incinuations are so outrageous I did not want to let you hanging. It the shell was stolen, being delisted is the least of the problems. Get real.
But how did they get the shell? It could be delisted if they stole it. They need to address this issue ASAP. Also need to notify Pink Sheets and the NASD that this is now a non-public Nevada corp. via merger.
Here are 2 companies in Europe that have been dealing with the enzyme issue for many years. I am not indicating they are related to CUCO, but only to give an idea of the type of huge market CUCO is working with. CUCO is a real company with real people and real intent on building a much larger company with value for the shareholders over time.

So you think it was abandoned and the Carnes/SGLS just took over the CUCO shell?
1,000,000,000 shares authorized per Nevada Secretary of State.
*POSSIBLE CORPORATE IDENTITY THEFT CASE* INVESTIGATION TO CONTINUE.
Will be contacting NASD since the merger into a non-public corporation usually results in the symbol being revoked.
How was this shell obtained? It's status was revoked by Louisiana and then magically reinstated. I will be investigating to make sure there's been no corporate identity fraud here. There are some things here that look very suspicious, similar to Mario Pino stuff.
I also see it was merged into a Nevada corp.
Any information please provide.

I am very concerned after reviewed the agreement between the related Enzyme company (with the same address and president) and Stephen Carnes to find this company a shell. I think the company should publicly announce it's relationship with Mr. Carnes and how much ownership he has, either through the preferreds or through options or warrants.
The product is, but does the shell get the revenue or does Jared's prior companies? He's had this in the works since 2003? There's no evidence he placed the assets into the shell.
ENZYMES are real. Nuff said
My goodness, I've done a Google search for "Enzyme Environmental Solutions," and the only thing that comes up are the press releases!
Does anyone actually do business with this company? Are they listed anywhere?
I know that Jared's other businesses are, but we don't own them.
It'll be pretty expensive to ship the product over there? Will they be manufacturing locally or exporting?
Is there a place where we can buy the product right now in the USA?
Cucos, Inc. Announces Final Negotiations to Provide Products in Korea
Monday February 25, 4:42 pm ET
FORT WAYNE, IN--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 25, 2008 -- Cucos, Inc. (a.k.a. Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc.) (Other OTC:CUCO.PK - News) announced today that the company has officially entered into negotiations with a Korean company to finalize its most recent contract to provide odor eliminating, environmentally friendly products to the pork producing farms. Due to the small land mass and dense population, Korea and Japan have mandated that all odor producing farm operations become odor free to continue receiving government subsidies which is 70% of the cost of production. Up until now, there has not been a viable solution for this problem and the Company estimates that once fully implemented the Korean market alone is $80 million USD.
Jared Hochstedler, the new President and CEO of CUCOS (a.k.a. Enzyme Environmental Solutions, Inc.), stated, "We have been working on solving this huge problem for several years. There have been several previous contracts and shipments during the development stage and now we are ready step up our capacity."
Hochstedler further stated, "Making our environmentally responsible enzyme-based cleaning and stain removal products available internationally is a big step in our growth and overall business model. With the continued development of this product, we now can say our environmentally responsible solutions are being used in all continents except Antarctica. I am very excited for the future of our company and anticipate releasing a steady flow of further information to keep shareholders updated. Please visit our website often for updated news. I am looking forward to the exciting opportunities that I believe will present themselves in the near term for the Company."

Here's a better link to the Stephen Carnes connection with the President of this company and his plan to obtain a shell:
http://sec.edgar-online.com/2007/05/15/0001103132-07-000019/Section17.asp
The subject matter is the same, Enzyme's. Nowhere does it say that it's going to have the same name. I don't think there's a different shell that the President bought.
This has to be it!
Sales@EnzymeEnvironmentalSolutions.com
I have nothing against Mr. Carnes. What I don't like is stock fraud, and it seems that all shells that Mr. Carnes is involved in have massive dilution.
I think that CUCO is the shell that was sold to the President of this company even though the names are different. The two names are of a similar subject matter though.
I believe that the names are different because Mr. Carnes likes to gain the attention for SGLS by makeing public the agreement, then a second agreement is made and Mr. Carnes might not use SGLS. It's my opinion he does this so that the shareholders of SGLS have no rights to the benefit of the contracts.
For this reason, CUCO could be a dangerous play that has an initial bounce and then plummets quickly.
Where'd you pick their products up at?
I see that the names are a bit different. But how did this Jared guy obtain this shell if it doesn't have something to do with Stephen Carnes' SGLS?
What happened to the other company that the president of this company ran? Is it public?
Because I think that if they signed an agreement, handed over $150,000, then the Jared guy comes up with a shell-- one can assume that Major is right and that this came from Carnes.
One thing is for sure, the CEO of this company knows Mr. Carnes and trust him enough to fork over $150,000 for a related company.
OK Last time. Old news different company. check the names.
Actually, Mr. Carnes appears to be the one who sold this shell to Jared, the new President.
http://sec.edgar-online.com/2007/05/15/0001103132-07-000019/Section17.asp
I see Jared has something to do with Stephen W. Carnes of Signature Leisure SGLS. That's a bad sign.

What are the names of the new officers?
New to IHUB but wanted to get this out there. Ran across a couple of their products and they work real well. Cleaned stains out of a carpet and took marker off a table. Guy doing demo even squirted some in his mouth! Said they were growing like crazy. Definitely one to watch.
Anyone looking into Cuco aka Enzyme Environmental Solutions please encourage all to look into this company. I would encourage all to do their own due dilligence. The new management has great potential and knows the enzyme business industry players well. I am confident of what you will find when you look into it. The "Green" industry is huge and only going to get bigger.
