Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc Receives $7.4M Order for Scat-IR-Shield(TM) Exhaust Shielding System for U.S. Marine LAV's
Wednesday March 21, 9:40 am ET
CONCORD, ON.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW - News; Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB:EOW)) announced today that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary ESW Canada Inc. (ESWC), has received an order for 1,000 units of its proprietary heat/infrared reduction and exhaust shielding system branded Scat-IR-Shield(TM) valued at US $7.4m. The 1000 units are scheduled for completion and delivery during the 3rd quarter of 2007.
This innovative technology, designed by ESWC's engineering/design division, operates in combination with the Company's Stlth Cat(TM), a high performance catalyzed military muffler. The complete system is engineered to reduce the overall heat/infrared, sound and exhaust signature of the US Marines' Light Armored Vehicle (LAV). The Scat-IR-Shield(TM) system is designed as a single component installation on all eight (8) types of LAV vehicle from the LAV-25 to the LAV-C2.
As previously reported in August of 2006, ESWC received an order from International Truck and Engine Corporation (International®) for 1000 Stlth Cat(TM) catalytic muffler systems, in a $2.85m U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) contract. These units were manufactured and delivered to TACOM in the 4th quarter of 2006. The Stlth Cat(TM) is currently being applied to the LAV's as an essential component in the US Marines upgrade program with new composite armor technology in an endeavor to extend the effectiveness and service life of the vehicles.
Mr. David J. Johnson, ESW's President and CEO commented, "We believe this latest order demonstrates the depth and diversity of the Company's management, engineering and manufacturing team. Due to the successful sale of the Stlth Cat(TM) and subsequent Scat-IR-Shield(TM) system for the US Marines, the Company has setup a new internal division to continue to work with the U.S. and other NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organisation) military organizations on this and future programs. We believe that there is a potential for widespread deployment of this technology across a large segment of the military on vehicles, generators and off-road equipment, and we are currently in the process of presenting this combination system to other military organizations."
Mr. Johnson further commented, "In November of 2006, ESW was invited to participate in the 5th Annual Light Armored Vehicle (LAV) & Stryker Summit held in Arlington, VA. There, we were honored to give a comprehensive presentation on the Stlth Cat(TM), TempMax(TM) and the new Scat-IR-Shield(TM) system to the NATO country military delegates in attendance. The response from the attendees to the presentation and technologies showcased on display was outstanding."

Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc.: Recat Inc. Signs Distribution Agreement for ESW's Off-road Catalysts in California Market
Wednesday February 21, 10:12 am ET
CONCORD, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW - News) announced today that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary ESW Canada Inc. (ESWC) has signed a three year distribution agreement with the California based Recat Inc. (RECAT). Under the terms of the agreement, RECAT has become the preferred distributor for the Company's proprietary off-road catalysts and support technologies for the state of California.
"Our goal at Recat is to find and deploy forward-looking solutions, like the products developed by ESWC, that are both technologically sound and tough enough to survive the harsh construction environment," said Tom Yeager, president of the Perris, California based company. "This equipment is the backbone of the industry, and our customers don't want to see projects curtailed or slowed down because equipment isn't in compliance. The California Air Resources Board (CARB) believes there are over 185,000 engines that will need to be brought up to the new mandated standards. Right now we feel that we've brought together the best talent and emerging technology to help customers keep their diesel equipment on the job and in compliance."
CARB has made clear its intent to dramatically reduce particulates emitted by older (pre- 1996) heavy equipment known as "Tier 0" vehicles, according to John Dunlap, former CARB chairman and newly appointed member of the ESW Board of Directors. These older bulldozers, excavators, and scrapers make up almost two-thirds of the California fleet. "We believe the revenues from helping our customers solve their diesel emissions problems will result in substantial growth for both ESWC and RECAT."
David J. Johnson, ESW's President and CEO commented, "We are pleased to welcome RECAT to our Company's growing list of distributors and partners. Recat's professionalism and reputation in the off-road industry as being the go to company for used/reconditioning Caterpillar® parts and service makes them a formidable ally for this emerging market. We are looking forward to an excellent relationship with the Recat team and assisting them to become the dominant player in this emerging market."
About Recat Inc.
Recat, an employee-owned company, founded in 1991, specializes in providing contractors with used Caterpillar parts and rebuilt Caterpillar components. "We truly have people with talent," Yeager noted. They include technicians who pioneered Caterpillar's own groundbreaking "repower" program and who formed part of the original team that developed the Caterpillar dual fuel system. "All in all, our employee/owners have a combined total of more than 150 years experience in solving mechanical problems with innovative solutions."

Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc. Receives CARB Level II Executive Order Year Model Extension For its Particular Reactor(TM) Diesel Catalyst
Thursday August 3, 9:00 am ET
CONCORD, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 3, 2006--Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW - News) announced today that the Company has received an executive order verification extension to its proprietary Level II(1) California Air Resources Board (CARB) advanced Diesel Catalyst branded "Particulate Reactor(TM)."
In 2004, ESW became the first catalytic substrate manufacturer and catalyst coating company in the world to achieve a CARB Level II Verification. The original executive order verification covered specific diesel engines from model years 1991 through to the end of 1993 used in on-road applications operating on standard CARB diesel fuel. The newly granted extension covers specific diesel engines from model year 1994 through to the end of 1997 used in on-road applications operating on standard CARB diesel fuel currently found at local service stations. Specific engine families and application guidelines for the original Particulate Reactor(TM) verification and the extension can be found in the Executive Order which is posted on the CARB website(2).
The Particulate Reactor(TM) is a proprietary, passive stand alone diesel catalytic converter that's performance is a result of its advanced catalyst coating technology and the torturous gas flow path created by the unique metallic wire mesh substrate. This extremely durable combination utilizes the high catalytic surface area, which in turn provides the emissions reductions required to achieve the 50% or greater Particulate Matter (PM) reductions needed to obtain Level II status. To date, no other catalyst manufacturer has received this status without the usage of ultra low sulfur fuel(3) or other aiding/supplementary devices.
Since the issuance of the first CARB executive order verification in 2004, the Particulate Reactor(TM) has been successfully installed in North American applications ranging from school and transit buses to waste hauler trucks. Every Particulate Reactor(TM) in operation under the guidelines is performing to expectation without the need for service or maintenance.
David J. Johnson, ESW's President and CEO commented, "This further verification broadens the spectrum of product application, permitting us to market and sell the Particulate Reactor(TM) through our partners in California as well as the balance of the United States due to verification reciprocity agreement(4) between CARB and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). CARB verification is also broadly recognized in the international arena which we believe opens opportunities for the product in several global markets. The EPA's selection of the Particulate Reactor(TM) as the only Level II device for a technology demonstration(5) in Beijing, China we consider a prime example of this process."
"The fact that we performed the complete CARB verification protocol using regular CARB fuel and are to date the only company to achieve Level II status without the use of Ultra Low Sulfur fuel or other aiding devices is an significant point," Mr. Johnson further remarked. "It's our belief that proving our technologies ability to perform in high sulfur applications is critical to moving forward as we prepare to submit our product to CARB for off-road verification into the construction sector of the industry."

Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc. Signs Agreement with Filter Services and Testing Corp; Companies to Co-Market MSHA Tested Terra Cat(TM) Combination Mining Catalyst System
08/02/2006 10:03
Environmental Solutions Worldwide Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB: ESWW) announced today that the Company's wholly owned subsidiary ESW Canada (ESWC) has signed a long term agreement with Filter Services and Testing Corp (FST).
The scope of the agreement outlines for both companies to market ESWC's proprietary M Cat(TM) mining catalyst with FST's proprietary Liquid Cooled Canister & Disposable Filter system. The new product offering branded the "Terra Cat(TM)" System was launched in May of 2006 after successful performance testing with the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA). The Terra Cat(TM) System has also undergone extensive successful field trials in a number of different mining equipment applications. These applications range from heavy-duty full sized Scoops powered by large horse power diesel engines, to small Skid Steers outfitted for the extreme working conditions found in underground mining operations.
To date, every application of the Terra Cat(TM) System has exceeded the mining operator's expectations. Field results from the Scoop applications continue to indicate the lifespan between replacements of the disposable filter has been extended from an average of 6 hours to over 80 hours by the integration of the combination system. Similar results have been documented from the Skid Steer applications. This represents a +ten (10) fold increase in the useful lifespan of the disposable filter between change outs, which equates to cost savings to the mine operators. The system also achieves in excess of 85+% Particulate Matter (DPM) and Carbon Monoxide (CO) reductions while Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2) levels remained within MSHA's standards.
Sim Bunderson, President of FST remarked, "The Coal Industry has demonstrated a very cooperative effort to work with MSHA and the manufactures to find methods of DPM removal that meets and or exceeds safety requirements. They have a genuine concern for the health and safety of their employees. Until ESW and FST joined technologies, the industry was faced with systems that fell short of the safety requirements or were economically unfeasible. The Terra Cat(TM) System achieves a level of health and safety standards that the industry has long sought and simultaneously offers significant cost reductions to the mining operators. It clearly demonstrates what can be achieved when Industry, Government and Manufactures work together."
David J. Johnson, ESW's President and CEO commented, "We have been very pleased with sales of the new Terra Cat(TM) System product line to date. Every customer application has been met with the same operation savings and performance success. We have received inquiries from mine operators that have expressed interest in converting their entire inventory of vehicles and equipment to this cost saving product. The question of whether to combine our MSHA performance verified M Cat(TM) mining catalyst with FST's Cool Canister & Disposable Filter was an easy one to make. We believe this synergistic combination of technologies will benefit the entire industry."

30000 units is not worth a conversation. So i will wait to see what happens tomorrow. yahoo regards
sooner meaning NOT the FALL? maybe the end of Aug ?
Any word on WHO the OEM is ?
They did say in the last PR concord would be producing the 30,000 units....
moving very quitly...
Production sooner than later!!! Good feeling from the concord valley. Lights on.
I hope so, because that bus I was behind this morning was KILLING ME with the fumes! months for CA, but the PA should be making us profitable by now, imo. additionally, a contract for production after CA is running should be completed all ready.
BS on companies "waiting" to see it first. I don't believe that, I would like to see the rev projections for 2005 end and 2006.
fly - road show should bring a spotlight on the company. there is an article on the carb website about loco's. fly, in my opinion good things will be happening in the coming months and greater things in 2006.
myhh, thanks, I figured as much
Rumor of possible road show soon but still waiting on production numbers.
Rumor of locomotive stuff. File that along with "jet skis."
fly...good news, but no production in the big plant for awhile "imo".

ESW Diesel Catalyst Approved For Application On European OEM Utility Vehicle
Thursday June 23, 12:56 pm ET
This is OUTSTANDING news:
CONCORD, Ontario--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 23, 2005--Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW - News) announced today that its proprietary high-performance Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) has been accepted by a major European Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as part of an approved diesel Particulate Matter (PM) reduction system.
PURI tech GmbH working with ESW's catalyst engineers have incorporated the Company's High Performance DOC into an innovative PM emissions control system. The complete system was designed specifically for first fit and retrofit applications on the manufacturer's diesel powered utility vehicles. The kit is designed to be installed by an authorized dealer as a direct replacement retrofit kit of the factory installed standard muffler and is also being made available as an OEM factory option.
ESW's proprietary catalyst was selected as a component for the development of the system due to the technologies associated high PM reductions and robust durability properties. The ESW catalyzed substrate provides the initial PM reductions and assists the overall system to reduce in excess of 90% of the engines PM output. Although the system was designed initially for vehicle applications with low engine temperature operating cycles, it provides optimum PM emission reductions at all engine operating temperatures.
"We are pleased to be working with ESW and their professional team during the development of this OEM approved system. The flexibility of the ESW catalyzed substrate helped to ensure the success of this program," said PURI tech President B Kahlert, "Through the application of advanced emission control technology and the use of ultra low sulfur diesel fuel, this system demonstrates that innovative, clean air progress is possible even on vehicle applications which do not lend themselves for traditional PM reduction technologies. The ESW product has made a significant contribution to ensure overall system feasibility in this vehicle application."
Mr. David J. Johnson, ESW's President and CEO commented, "It is very exiting to be in a position where our product has become an integral component in an OEM approved system. The fact that the system is not dependant on the engine exhaust temperature to operate makes it perfect for ON and OFF-Road applications where exhaust temperatures are too low for conventional filter technologies." Mr. Johnson further stated "We consider the acceptance of this new product to be an important step for the Company in its quest to become a complete catalyst supplier in every sector of the global market."

Environmental Solutions Worldwide, Inc. (ESW) (OTCBB:ESWW) announced today that it's wholly owned subsidiary ESW Canada, Inc. (ESWC) has received a Purchase Order (PO) totaling in excess of $1.46 million US dollars for 30,000 units of its ETV Canada(1) verified, diesel utility engine high performance Oxidation Catalyst (DOC), branded Quiet Cat(TM). This PO represents the latest order from one of Company's California based utility engine customers.
Catalysts for the scheduled releases of 10,000 Quiet Cat's(TM) per month are being produced by ESWC at its new high volume manufacturing plant in Concord, Ontario. The order is expected to ship on schedule over the course of the next three months. The customer is currently in discussions with the Company with the anticipation of placing additional orders for approximately 10,000 Quiet Cat(TM) catalysts per month moving forward. These catalysts are applied to the customers line of diesel engine powered generators and pumps.
Mr. David J. Johnson, ESW's President and CEO commented, "It is gratifying to be an important part of the success and growth of our customers businesses. In most cases, this starts with them requesting assistance in order to meet government regulatory emission compliance and engine certification needs. These programs, offered through our EPA/CARB recognized emissions testing lab - Air Testing Services, often result in the application of the Company's catalytic products. We believe that successful programs like this will continue to develop into a solid foundation for the sales of our unique line of utility engine catalysts."
"The need to provide our customers with large quantities of catalysts, underscores the demanding timelines which the Company has placed on itself to complete the transition into a high volume catalyst manufacturer, Mr. Johnson further remarked. With ESWC's new automated catalyst manufacturing facilities coming online, we can now effectively begin to meet the potential needs of our Tier I OEM partners, and growing customer demands."
(1) In April of 2004, ESW received its ETV Canada certificate from the then Minister of the Environment, his Honorable David Anderson, P.C., M.P.. The ETV Canada certificate was for the Company's Catalyst/Muffler system Quiet Cat(TM). The Quiet Cat(TM) is the only diesel catalyst to be certified under the ETV Canada program, and was verified to achieve PM reductions of 67% by weighted average.

'Clean diesel technology' showcased
Group urges lawmakers to back White House plan for tax credits
From Paul Courson, CNN
Thursday, April 28, 2005 Posted: 5:38 PM EDT (2138 GMT)
http://www.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/04/28/diesel/
President Bush Wednesday called for tax credits to encourage people to buy diesel-powered vehicles.
WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Proponents of diesel-powered cars drove to Capitol Hill Thursday hoping to distance themselves from a questionable image that the engines and vehicles have had with consumers in the past.
During a fuel price crunch in the 1980s, Oldsmobile tried using a gasoline engine as the basis for a more thrifty diesel design. But the engine suffered a high failure rate, and consumers complained so loudly that General Motors offered a gasoline replacement engine.
Twenty years later, in the grips of another fuel price crunch, supporters of diesel technology hope consumers will consider developments in diesel engines for cars, minivans and sport utility vehicles.
"These engines are designed from the ground up" for diesel, said Allen Schaeffer, the head of the Diesel Technology Forum, noting the fuel is still the economical choice for long-haul trucks and heavy industrial equipment.
Allowing reporters to test-drive cars that ranged from a Jeep wagon to a Mercedes sedan, Schaeffer said the attraction is that "we don't see any exhaust emissions coming out the tailpipe, and we have a very quick start off the line."
None of the vehicles had the telltale dirty rear panel -- soiled with an oily, sooty film from diesel exhaust -- yet all had the characteristic rattling sound of a diesel engine.
"If you put a diesel beside a gasoline, it's really not that much difference," Schaeffer said. "The consumer is only going to notice the difference where it counts -- and that's at the pump. They're going to be spending less on fuel, about 30 percent less, with a diesel as compared to a gasoline model."
The group hopes to persuade congressional lawmakers to support White House plans for tax incentives to encourage people to buy diesel-powered vehicles.
President Bush told a business group Wednesday that anti-pollution measures for diesel "will remove more than 90 percent of the sulfur in diesel fuel by 2010."
I guess they're waiting for the paint to completely dry.
I confirmed that there is no problem with cash flow from earlier 6.1M financing. Apparently this new private placement will fund a "significant opportunity" that came along. No idea what that implies though.
Rumored that ESW is moving into new offices in Concord ON in a couple of weeks and moving in the new equipment that's been in storage near the site and is also going to make a new website (don't know when it's coming online). Shouldn't Montgomeryville be up and running by now?
We have PRESS..IN Diesel Progress North American Edition, Feb 2005 Mag. Same page as Cummins Westport Engine deal and PLUG Power.
I think we will be in this range for a while. Even if news does come out the price per share could be built in. (opinion)

Manyy mm's lined up from
$1.00 to 1.11, looks like it will take big volume to break above a 1.10.
i had a disclamer on the RB board about volume
glad to be wrong in that direction but... there was a BIG volume yesterday and thats what it took to get all those mm's moving.
Carnut you were wrong! Its ok, were in this together bud.
I am sure big brother dj will have news soon.
Lets keep this going!!!!
headhurts, sounds good but i think we need some news to push this above a 1.10 hope I'm wrong and you're right or as harry would print "your wright"
LIKEWISE,-----------I THINK WE MAY GET ANOTHER .15 TO .20 CENTS BEFORE THIS UP AND COMING STOCK STARTS TO FLATEN OUT.
THEN THE UPS AND DOWNS.
BUT BY THE HEAT OF THE SUMMER THINGS SHOULD BECOME FUN FOR ALL OF US IN MY OPINION.
I'm enjoying watching this stock lately. Been in for a few years now. Looks like patience pays here.
THIS STOCK IS READY FOR SOME SALSA!! A LOT OF SPICES WILL MOVE THIS STOCK PASS A DOLLAR OR TWO QUICKLY.
IT IS GOING TO BE HOT THIS SUMMER!
Hi regent hard to put a number on it without sounding like a pumper. Hard to fathom two factories under construction and just how huge this industry will be. Having products certifyed by California is as good as it gets. These certs have taken years to obtain. They would not be building factories if additional approvals and orders were not in place. I believe it will be a $20.00 stock if it is not bought out first...With the strong investor backing ( Black Trusts) anything is possible at this stage. It has all the makings of a dream stock. My best wishes and debt free is a real possibility here...
Nice movement this week, still waiting for the pull back! We have very nice support in the .80's
Thanks Sam, I understand no need to get more shares.
Wow, auto has a large predicition on RB, 5 to 10 over the next
year to 18 months....any thoughts...guess we have to wait
I'll settle for 15million in sales over during this year for a better then $3.00 price - realistic.
WOW 5 to 10 NOW THAT WOULD BE NICE. DEBIT FREE AT 40, VERY NICE!
Options are the name of the game for key executives.Hopefully The board of directors have made it well worth DJ's while to get this to a production and profitable stage. These key leaders work on a guaranteed salary, expenses and huge stock options that pay handsomely if the task reaches maturity. The masses are not yet aware and as they begin to see this oustanding world wide potential this stock will become a sought after entity. DJ's options plus many more will be worth their weight in gold. The nice thing is that it will carry those astute shareholders that were in a position to stay the course along with them. The stock gained .05 this week. Thats .20 per month or 25%. Fiqure that out on a yearly basis. That makes it $2.00 six months from now when all "h" should break lose. Warren Buffet made his fortune on these type of investments. Something that when it falls and hits your foot you feel it. Something that can be sold worldwide and with government approvals. Something that will help mankind live a healthier and more productive lifestyle. This air pollution problem will not disappear on its own. It will only get worse and the battle to conquer this problem has only just begun. Many companies such as ours will be required for years to come to help gain control of this air pollution problem. Is this the ground floor? It sure looks like it from where I sit!!!!!!!!!
Regant
I wouldn't worry about DJ not having very many shares, I do believe he has a nice round number in the form of options, have a very nice day all.
I've asked why they ALL are not buying! 4500 hundred shares? Is he just not sure of the product or what? n Someone said maybe he was waiting to apply his stock options. I'm wondering why noy BOTH!
Also has any one else had trouble getting an investor pack from the company? Can they not afford the postage ? They could send it COD I guess.............
ZZ
regant, if i had to guess. i would say you are a glass half empty guy. many wishes though.
Car, Sam's reply on getting them all and or many vs ONE is ok with me. Hell, I'm in for the many....
Just better not sell out to the glw's of the world! Better get more the $5 for this, I don't see it, Marino and boys need something to do during the day.
My question is WHY DOESN'T DAVE HAVE MORE SHARES. Is he wealthy? 4,500 shares just looks bad.
I hope:o)you guys were listening to CNBC news talking about congress and the greenhouse effect. They may be changing their minds on KYOTO.
corky
sam I'm just waiting for a release that has some $$$ dollars in it that should push this above a buck.
Hi carnut00, sort of nice to cross the finish line as your pulling away. Why run up and get one when you can walk up and get them all..It may take a little longer to have all ducks stand at attention together. But rest assured when they are propertly lined up the planes will begin landing.
Six MM's are lined up for $1.00 or better on the ask, anybody care to comment/explain?

Significant and Growing Partnerships
ESWW has been showing slow but consistent signs that the company is very capable of growing strong partnerships, which should lead to significant growth. Three examples are worth highlighting.
GE Canada: In early 2007, the CEO made a brief reference to work with GE in Canada. While it is not clear when this collaboration started, it was nice to see this effort has taken the next step, as announced November 9. http://www.cleanerfuture.com/pressrelease.php?date=20071109101644
This funded demonstration project is a key step in the process of moving from basic and applied research to commercialization, market development and market entry. The entity providing the funding, SDTC, has an educational presentation about this pre-commercialization funding they provide. It is worth checking out http://www.sdtc.ca/en/news/SDTC_Overview.pdf. Given that the exhaust from locomotive and marine diesel engines will likely be regulated in the next several years, this demonstration project with GE Canada could get valuable press coverage in the year ahead.
International: ESWW signed a Memorandum of Understanding with International in February, 2006. http://www.cleanerfuture.com/pressrelease.php?date=20060214114916
This evolved over the subsequent 22 months with several steps, including the unveiling of TempMax Exhaust Tube in April 2006 http://www.cleanerfuture.com/pressrelease.php?date=20060405163629, and a subsequent order for TempMax by International's kitting and distribution partner in September 2006 http://www.cleanerfuture.com/pressrelease.php?date=20060906092901. Throughout this time, it was known that ESWW was working with International's Green Diesel Technology group on other potential products and encountering other opportunities through this relationship (see TACOM below). This continued partnership most recently culminated in the signing of a Emissions Control and Technologies Provider and Cooperation Agreement on November 8, 2007 http://www.cleanerfuture.com/pressrelease.php?date=20071108093000.
TACOM: This acronym stands for the U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armament Command. The first evidence of this partnership came in August 2006, when ESW obtained a $2.8 million contract (thanks to International Military and Government LLC) to provide the Stlth Cat catalyst/muffler http://www.cleanerfuture.com/pressrelease.php?date=20060801130854. Following this successful sale, evidence surfaced that other work was ongoing, as ESWW presented two of its products at the 5th Annual Light Armored Vehicle and Stryker Conference in November 2006 http://www.cleanerfuture.com/media_vssummit.htm. In 2007, this growing relationship resulted in a $7.4 million contract in March for the proprietary Scat-IR Shield http://www.cleanerfuture.com/pressrelease.php?date=20070321110224. ESWW is still working on its military products line, noting that ESWW attended the latest Light Armored Vehicle and Stryker Conference last October.
Bucyrus: The most recent relationship extablished is with this major, global mining company. As stated in the last shareholder letter in October and in the most recent 10-K, ESWW's M-Cat Permissible has been approved by the U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) and is currently being used in a Bucyrus Power Pac assembly. It is likely that the Power Package approval (#3) awarded to Bucyrus by MSHA in September is the product containing ESWW's Permissible Cat http://www.msha.gov/techsupp/acc/lists/monthly/2008/september2008.pdf.
