Hmmm, very interesting reading this board today. Other than "smallfry" all the other posters have tens of thousands of posts. Pump and dump???????
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate that someone would pay for a promotion. but where did they get the money??? hmmm.
Keep the pumping going, maybe I can sell my shares. It's become very uncomfortable using them for TP. Some of us have been in this turd for over 5 years. It would be nice to get out of it soon without completely losing my a$$.

According to the 2008 10K, there are numerous lawsuits against EVSP. What one is your "friend" refering to? Or, is this the suit they filed against the lender that back out of the loan?
I hope your friend is right, it's been a looong time coming. Does your "freind say when 2009 and 2010 returns will be reported?
