I didn't say anything about products.....and I said nothing about IHUB.......SCOTTRADE shows the SAME info of trades and profiles about BOTH TICKER SYMBOLS.

THe products of ENVI and Envivio are miles apart. ENVI has not hit the market yet with its stock symbol reintroduction. I do not own IHUB so share and share alike but I would think that if you feel Envivio is the next sliced bread you would want your own unique area. Just my opinion on the latter.

My emails from Ken are such that progress is close to being public in my humble opinion. I understand that we do NOT have to worry about our stock converting to any new symbol. Since IHUB ENVI still says ENVIRORESOLUTIONS, I presume it is still good.

I keep smiling on their approvals in Great Britain.

I've been wondering why and how ENVI and ENVIVO got on the same boards. Is it because Ken of ENVI Enviroresolutions hasn't been trading and until he relist he lost the ENVI title? Back when this first happened boy was I happy when it went from .15 to $7. Oh well I'm still waiting for the recrank. sps50 got any idea. Last I heard from Ken was about 3mos ago and as usual things were still in motion in UK.

Yes. I specifically asked him if my stocks would still be good when he started trading again and he said yes. No need to kill a dead stock anyway so I'm gona wait it out and leave mine there. He was talking a possible Asian partnership. Says all funds are now going to get one sold and not being put into revamping trading just yet. I'll try in a couple of months for more news unless something comes from him first.

Called and he answered right up. He talked about the Test in England going well and cleaning well enough not to have to worry about future remodling of the system. Waiting on an order but nothing definate of when. So I'm just waiting. At least he has a working product for a needed situation. He said the size of cleaner that may be the first purchase should be about $10mil. Late summer/fall. Said in the US the coal co's political clout keeps them from spending the $ for polution cleaning, which is an easy sell to Wash. in this eco. climate. Look to Europe for 1st sell.

The mngt team is currently in UK and UK shareholders have attended the test of the technology at Edmonton waste site (London). Test appeared to go well and were well received. Large order at peterborough IS in pipeline but can get delayed in planning regs. Currently there is a proposal for a private placement in UK or some form of reversal back on to OTC/pinksheets. If the placement is successful (I think they need to address SEC issues) then they may have enough money to get to a trading position. Very difficult to advise BUT obviously IF they get orders and re-float then shares can only go up. I will be recommending investment in UK ONLY if UK license can be verified and protected then a paper swap may be possible and interest should follow.
This is either the best opportunity out there and requires patience (5 years worth!) or an enormous "kings new clothes" exercise with everyone wearing "green" glasses.
Let's hope its the first one.

Use your purchase confirmation as basis. If it is not tradeable after rougly 6 months, it is arguably a loss. By now your options may have expired. That too is same as a sell.

I still have hope but expect 6-12 months yet before phoenix.

I invested about 50k so also very unhappy. esp with the lack of communication.
My emails do get answered to a fashion, but promised of getting relisted, have so far, not come to fruition.

There is a public duty to give certain information to shareholders and this is not being done, so this should be our fist request.

As a director of a public company myself, I am not sure litigation is the right way, or at least it shoul be last resort.

With the lack of figures, I am even not sure in what state the companies finances are.

A face to face *might* help, but certainly a more formal approach to them stating their Company and Directors obligations (and attached liabilities) may get things back on track.

I would not dismiss litigation, but feel a more positive approach might be more benificial for shareholders in the end.

Finally, I do agree, at some stage we want to draw a line under this and move into a more forceful(recovery) mode. (liquidation?)

any thoughts / ideas would be great!

Hello Steve:

We will not be returning to the public markets by the end of the year. Just too much involved. We are continuing to move closer to closing a large project in the UK. Proposals in SE Asia are active and the US coal plants are in the wings. We have a real opportunity in Europe with their change in sources of energy. The same waste to energy opportunity is gaining momentum in Asia and NA. We will update you as developments firm up.


Due to competition, client agreements, etc. I can see the silence though not happy with it. I have $4500 in here. It should come out of hiding withing 6 months to 1 year. Sueing makes a point but is too expensive. There are many of us longs here... so lets pray for a better 2012!

Hard to believe - new updates on website

I last had contact with Mr McClelland end of 2010 and was assured relisting was in progress. He seems nice enough, but unfortunately NOTHING comes of any statements made.

Clearly (if posts here are to be believed) this is still on someones agenda, but vague.

I asked if the company would at least post regular news and information on their website.

It has done nothing of the sort. Although I was very enthusiastic about the stock and the technology and not in it for the quick buck; I fear this investment was probably a huge mistake. Clearly the Company does not care about its shareholders!!

I will continue to follow in the hope that my large(for me) investment at least comes back to life.

A change in management is clearly needed.

A hugely disappointed shareholder.

Ken said there are two companies with high interest. Virginia and S. Carolina. If a sale is made, then the track record starts and hopefully more sales. He said maybe around the end of the year he may have news and if a sale is made then with all the SEC paper work to be done that we should be up and trading around March. There is concern about the longevity of the metal container and may have to change the material. Says these scrubbers will be in the 1m to 3m each range. So end of year and March unless we hear sooner. I'll be calling again in a month.
