tprosuper, the AUMY website has been gone for almost a week so it's definitely MIA. The only thing that could explain this long time would be that it was undergoing a complete redesign which in my opinion is unlikely. More likely they didn't pay for the website host server and the plug was pulled. That, and now overdue financials makes me wonder if they are still moving forward with a viable business.

However, based on your comment, do you believe AUMY would actually falsify their oil production numbers being submitted to the Texas authorities? If so, that's pretty strong. I've only been aware of this company for a little while and as such I don't have a lot of history on it.

Has anyone tried contacting the company lately? I'd like to know when they plan on updating the website with their oil production numbers for February and March, as tomorrow it will be May. If I don't get a response on this board by Friday I'll go ahead and see if I can find anything out. I'm curious to see if the production numbers are remaining pretty constant, and if they have made any progress on refurbishing the 3 or 5 wells they talked about in their previous PR. I'm not really expecting the company to go anywhere with this new direction, but I thought I'd at least watch it for a year and see if they can do any better then before.

Looks like the AUMY bid level is stabilizing and the Bid/Ask spread has closed up some.

Notice the CEO gave himself $7 million in stock for a $492,000 transaction? He better be prepared to pay taxes in 2015 on the difference.

The stock was quoted/trading at $0.70 cents at the time of the transaction for a valuation of $34,400,000 in exchange for $492,000 in assets.

The transaction does not qualify under US Code 368 nor US Code 356.

Therefore, he gets to pay taxes on $33,948,000 in 2015.

Hopefully he has the cash, the IRS will be paying a house call, no certified letters in the mail on that amount.
