Ok, I admit that I wasn't able to follow this all day but everytime I looked at this stock this morning it looked like the bid slowly rose from 0.004-0.0052 with the ask sitting at 0.0055. So how did this thing dip to 0.002?

Well, check this out. This was another shell that he took over, and notice the chart after it was reinstated 7 or so months ago. He catches these stocks up pretty quick. They all act differently, but SS are very similar.
