The webinar is tomorrow, the 26th. Maybe it will generate some excitement here in this ex-Naz stock floated off into ignoreland in the pennies.

I would still like to see some insider buying at these prices for it's a pretty good bet that the longtime institution, Raptor/Tudor, has been the aggressive seller over the past year or so and probably still owns a few mil shares.

yup, they have to turn the corner here, not loving what I saw in that last 10-Q. Wasn't awful, but didn't say turnaround which is what we are looking for. I'm going to give them one more quarter to get their act together. Hopefully it happens. All said, on potential alone, this still should be trading higher. This is the one stock I have been a part of where I am disappointed and surprised with how it's performed. It should be performing better.

yeah, curious to see that RN. The ask definetly thinned up here, let's see if any buying pressure hits. We do now know the O/S at least from that filing. Looks like since last 10-Q it's gone up a little which is the first time in a long time that this has been the case. Looks like the increase is due to stock options issued Mellinger.

your not going to believe this.... after speaking to a women who had no idea whats going on. Called the company... who them again directed me to the T.A. for the Share Structure

Next guy on the phone at the TA confirmed they are the TA - they just have "No information."

Would really like to see that next Quarterly in a little over a month. It will be an important one I would think and one to pay attention to. Should give us a good sense of what direction this company is going and if the restructuring of their business they started at the end of 2008 will finally pay off or not.

Hey Rainer, IMO this just should not be trading at .0062, news or no news, that's the value of an OTC No Information, empty shell trading. This isn't, doesn't make sense to me. They are regularly reporting, OTCQB stock with significant revenues, we'll see soon enough on their quarterlies what's going on. And of course a PR or news would launch this.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I truly feel people have lost their minds here.

I feel like I need to remind everyone here of a couple things:

(3) Market Cap is currently $324,729. That's only slightly more than most people pay for an empty shell. They brought in $2,218,393 in revenue in the first three months of 2010 alone.

(4) In 2008 they had nearly $30 million in revenue and then nearly at the same time as the recession they began to restructure the company, slashing costs and changing the companies focus. As a result their revenue dropped off to $10 million for 2009 and their operating expenses were chopped nearly in half. There are recent signs that they may be turning the corner and making their mark in an even more lucrative industry, business analytics.

(5) With the new focus on analytics they hired EVP Frank Diana who used to be a CIO at AT&T.

(6) Announced Polaris in February, a new analytics solution for the insurance industry with growing player, G4S Compliance & Investigations.

(7) IBM's Director of Content Analytics, Aaron Brown, said this about Polaris:

Sure, we need some update from the company to feel comfortable, but if people are selling here, it is only because they are forgetting the big picture IMO. This is as good of an active company sub-penny as any I've seen. I challenge anyone to find me another. I've DD'd alot of stocks and I have no idea why this is so low.
