Enherent Corp To Showcase THC Measuring Device in Las Vegas

“What police have really needed is a simple roadside sobriety test. Scientists at IBM, UCSD & Enherent Corp are among researchers who may just have the solution”

The story begins with a resident from the Denver suburbs.

Her name is Amy. She’s 30 and lives in Denver where cannabis is recreationally legal. While driving home from a late dinner with a friend two years ago when she was stopped at a DUI roadside checkpoint.

“I hadn’t drank or smoked anything, so I was like, ‘Let’s go through the checkpoint,’ ” Amy recalled.

Amy is a regular Cannabis user but insists she never drives while high.

Nonetheless, the Police at the checkpoint explained he smelled marijuana and that her eyes are bloodshot. Eventually he whips out handcuffs and Amy freaks.

“Like, massive panic attack. And, ‘Oh, my God, I have babies at home. I need to get home. I can’t go to jail!’ ”

She didn’t go to jail that night, but she did get home several hours later. A blood test later revealed McClean had 5 times the legal limit of Delta 9, the mind-altering compound found in THC.

Colorado’s marijuana DUI law is modeled on the one for alcohol, which sets a number to determine when someone is too intoxicated to drive. For pot, that number is five nanograms of Delta 9 (THC) per milliliter of blood. Anything above that and the law says you shouldn’t be driving.

It may sound like an open and shut case that could have resulted in any number of penalties. But Amy’s attorney, had a field day in court with Colorado’s marijuana intoxication limit.

“Even the state’s experts will say that number alone is something, but generally not enough, and we really hammered that home,” he says.

After a hung jury and Amy pleaded to a lesser offense.

Still, her trip through the criminal justice system is emblematic of numbers that suggest a sharp increase in marijuana DUI arrests in Colorado. So far this year, Patrol data show that total DUI citations this year rose to 398 through early July, compared with 316 in for the same period 2015.

More states may come up with their own cannabis DUI guidelines. Five other states from California to Maine are deciding this November whether to legalize recreational marijuana. Weighing the good, the bad and the still unknown. Issues like driving while impaired are still in the “unknown” category.

It turns out, measuring a person’s broad THC level is actually a method of assessing intoxication. What is needed is a focus on Delta 9 levels which, Unlike alcohol, Delta 9 gets stored in your fat cells, and isn’t water-soluble like alcohol therefore is not able to be tested by any breath analysis says Thomas Marcotte, co-director of The Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research at the University of California. You need to get specific. What you are really looking for, the only thing to be looked for is Delta 9, the psychotropic element in THC that causes the impairment. This is what is used to measure against the prescription of law. This has required detaining the accused for long periods of time for expensive hospital visits to draw blood. What police have really needed is a simple roadside sobriety test.

“Unlike alcohol, which has a generally linear relationship between the amount of alcohol you consume, your breath alcohol content and driving performance, the THC route of metabolism is very different,” he explains.

That’s why adapting drunk driving laws to marijuana makes for bad policy, says Mark Kleiman, a professor of public policy at New York University. “You can be positive for THC a week after the last time you used it,” he says. “Not subjectively impaired at all, not impaired at all by any objective measure, but still positive.”

Still, Colorado and five other states have such laws on the books because pretty much everyone agrees that driving stoned can be dangerous, especially when combined with alcohol.

Scientists at IBM, UCSD & Enherent Corp are among researchers who may just have the solution that could measure how impaired one is behind the wheel. One device uses a reportedly portable rapid blood sample device described as the “Delta 9 Meter” and is said to be unveiled next month at a marijuana trade show in Las Vegas. Another has a person follow a square moving around a tablet screen with a finger, which measures something called “critical tracking.” One app measures time distortion, because things can slow way down when a person is high.

What the law looks for is content in the users blood system so this may be the year we see the safety of our roads where marijuana impairment is legally monitored less expensively, more quickly and accurately.

My conclusions on what is occurring here, and these are just my observations and opinions.

You have a company thats been dormant a while in the technology sector and the reason stated was too few shareholders.  (<300)

Looking at the chart it was pretty dead until March of this year when approx 7 Million shares were suddenly bought and I donâ??t see anything (until today) that shows any major sales since.  All accumulation.

In fact there has been at least 12 Million shares bought in the past 7 months out of 37 Million in the Float.  Off the cuff thatâ??s â?¦30%+ of total shares?

The RSI has shown a little overbought in recent days and until today, not many comments.   There have been a couple new faces just today who have suggested there is something illegitimate going on and right after that (within 30 mins) selling began.

I have a hard time believing this is a false move.  IMHO there may be a group who wants to accumulate.  Because there is such a low float, its difficult to get a sizable position, which is what it looks like they want.

Do your own DD but a stock doesnâ??t usually move 1000% with no promotion over the coarse of several months without something fundamentally happening.

So what does that mean.  IBM price is 11 Million Dollars?  That would make ENHT a .21 stock if Iâ??m reading that correctly.   11 Million seems right when I searched for company valuation based on revenues and a new technology such as the Delta 9 Thc meter.



It will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow as many have joined the party with Millions of shares in the .007+ area.

All IMO, donâ??t make any decisions based on my observations, but I like this setup as the stock shows oversold now in the RSI

Curious to know where you got your information that the above is false? Are you suggesting someone is fraudulently posting as "enherent" on twitter? As for IBM, they've been working together with ENHT for years and IBM could buyout this puny marketcap from their petty change drawer.

I just looked at my mailbox and received a reply from the IR person at the company named Lori Stanley I overlooked this afternoon.

She's says

The company is going through a transitional period at this time which has been in the works for several months. I'm not able to get into specifics of what all is upcoming but I can confirm your question about the companies existence. We are still here and working away. With regard to your question about the company being public or not the answer is yes and no.

Our yearly revenues are something I cannot confirm however you will be able to view them yourself soon. The links provided in your email are not too far away though.

We filed our 1512g with the SEC as the company did not have enough shareholders to warrant remaining public and our capital needs were and are stable. Enherent still possesses control of our symbol as well. This is all I can say at present but please do continue to keep an eye on us.

Micro... on that chart i used the williams and fast sto to guage buying/selling direction. over 80 and uder 20 are overbought/oversold.

combination of accum/dist and chiosc tells the direction of the shares into stronger/weaker hands, and chiosc in particular clues in the fact that the available float should be getting smaller.

btw.. CMF (Chaikin Money Flow) shows there's pressure on the ask.

RSI measures current sentiment. under 70 means it has room to move.

multi'coppa' is a distinct possibility.

always hard to find guidance on a stock that has been as inactive as long as this one has. you have to go back five years or so to see the last time this played as high as this .0065 area. hell... could have gotten shares of this -- though maybe not for more than a couple hundred k or so -- for below .001 less than three months ago. i think, however, that that particular gravy train has already left the station and the present buy zone here is no doubt higher.

that said, here's the link to the daily 3 month chart.

on this chart you'll see a flag pattern has emerged. this is a bullish move that usually takes a couple weeks in consolidating the run up the pole. a look at the moving averages shows this has been recently travelling along the 5 day moving average. that's a support line, but because its so quick its a weak one, so what you're looking for when you're playing the chart for a continuation of an upmove is a test of the 10 and/or 20 day MA. on this chart there's a gap on the pole between .002 and .0022. some chart traders wait for it to fill, but it doesn't have to -- it would become what's called an island gap -- and i personally think the odds of this one filling are low. but then my crystal ball is usually a murky red. so what do i know?

in any case, chart indicators show that though there's more buying than selling, its clearly not overbought. someone(s) is quietly accumulating, and with no discernable dilution, seems to me the available float here is getting eaten up, nibble by nibble. support looks to be around .004. that will be the 20ma before the week is out, and a bounce off it would show strength. that in itself suggests that anything around the current bid is prolly a decent buy. but then again... its a cruel game we play.

as for the near future, going back 5-6 years, it seems the next move up should take it to at least .012. i think that's a reasonable target for a safe trader in an otherwise dangerous game. and from there, it will depend on news and promotion -- and by promotion i do not necessarily mean a paid for or unsolicited promo -- as well as volume. not enough buyers and traders often means limited or no movement.

After observing life in the shares of the company since March without being able to find any news there was a tweet from the company which said

There has not been any information about this company I can find for several years and the last information I could find was their filing to go into dark reporting because they did not have enough share holders to justify being public.

As I read through some of the previous posts there was speculation about something brewing 8-9 months ago and now there is clear confirmation from what I can see.

If the company is to have a share prices that reflects the actual business they are doing of (15 million)the share price would be .29 today.

Couple that with a product coming that tests thc for impairment purposes and the stock would have to increase by 4362% from current level. Even if it did half that much I would never have to trade a microcap stock again.


In conclusion, there's no doubt been loading by the insiders. I've never seen an example of a stock move up like this for such a long time unless something huge is really about to happen so I plan to start buying as soon as my funds clear for penny stock purchases.
