Energy and Engine Technology Corp. EENT
5308 West Plano Parkway
135 million O/S, insiders own a good chunk, so it looks like a float of 65 million shares.
PRINCIPAL STOCKHOLDERS: December 31, 2007, Kevin W. Smyth owned or controlled 17.9% of the Common, Willard G. McAndrew, III 9.3%, Roger N. Wurtele 9.2%, and Jolie G. Kahn 6.0%.
Plus add the 10% that Mercator Momentum Fund, L.P. owns, and you'll see that 52.4% of the shares are owned by insiders.
135,000,000 - 52.4% = 65,000,000
This also makes it easy for a R/M candidate to take over by buying out the insiders, and thus not having to reverse split.
Looks like Mercator Momentum Fund is buying this shell up. According to the 2 latest SC 13/A's they filed for 2006 and 2007. In 2006 they owned 8,735,837 or 6.2 % and the 2007 SC 13 says they owned 15,053,300 or 10%! From what I see they had a CD with EENT before it went out of business, so it looks like they are buying this shell to get a controlling interest. Might explain the 2 spikes over the last 3 weeks. Keeping an eye on this one, only 135 million O/S of which Mercator owns at least 15 million so the float is no greater than 65 million
