Or they are so excited to have a lead into the US market. I actually think Dustin is gonna pull another big move for them. Which will probably and finally either make this work or be the last straw for it.
They are touting a “pending” purchase order. Why is a pending purchase order news worthy? They may not get the order. The entire PR today was fluff because they have nothing news worthy.
I’m not sure on that.. if they have the sales and they can pay their bills, this will go on forever.
I believe we are getting close to the end. Loads of debt, poor sales, limited product , and POS leadership
Who is gonna buy at .02, when there are plenty at .01 for sale(being dumped)?
New filing: canceled offering. Wasn’t that the one set at .02? Interesting…
They are beating the Sh*t out of.01. The wack o’s in management are clueless.
Sounds like the justification excuses of a child r_pist …
so many of them, who cares.
.0115 and heading lower. This is what happens when you have no money and you cut a deal with the devil. No matter who the management was or is now, they clearly have no understanding of what they are doing.

Exciting Developments for Endexx and HYLA’s Expansion
As a shareholder, I wanted to share some exciting updates following the recent announcement about Endexx Corporation's (OTC: EDXC) progress with their HYLA division. It's clear the company is making big moves in the non-nicotine vape market, positioning HYLA for significant growth, both domestically and internationally.
Key Wins for HYLA:
A pending $350K purchase order from Dubai, with more anticipated.
A test launch in 40 stores as part of a 300-store partnership through countertop displays.
Progress with multiple U.S. distributors, including one based near Chicago’s O'Hare Airport with over $50M in annual revenue.
Major interest from European and Latin American markets, signaling global growth??.
It’s especially promising to see HYLA expanding into markets like Europe and Latin America and securing retail placements through platforms like RangeMe.com, where major retailers are reviewing their products??.
What stands out to me is the consistent focus on transparency. Endexx is also working to ensure that financial reporting is up-to-date, which is crucial for any shareholder seeking confidence in the company's stewardship?.
While the stock might not reflect the company’s underlying progress at the moment, these updates suggest strong potential for growth. With HYLA expanding rapidly and new distribution deals on the horizon, I’m optimistic about the long-term trajectory.
Thoughts?
No promotion from me, you need to look in the mirror and say “why the hell am I wasting my life burning up about a worthless company” and think… that being alive in the lottery of trillions that won’t be born ever, should give you an excuse to pursue utilizing what blessed little time you get.
Is that goof talking again? I can’t tell, I blocked him. lol
This stock is a loser and it should be reported to the SEC as a pump and dump scheme. The last time Brad Listermann was the CEO of an OTC company, he used it as a self enrichment scheme and is currently being sued along with his board of directors. But Irving Minnaker from Apollo Capital Corp already knows that fact but hired him anyway.
Keep promoting a company with an interim CEO who was arrested for molestation of a minor child under 18 in Riverside County.
You do you and I will keep sharing the facts.
Sadly you can’t get over your losses
You got to move on buddy. As we certainly don’t need explanations on how things work in the markets.
This is speculation on the news that they are getting in front of buyers. What about Italy? Eastern Europe?
RangeMe is a platform designed to connect product suppliers with retail buyers.
It allows buyers to discover new products and streamline the process of reviewing and purchasing for their stores.
Suppliers can showcase their products, including food, beauty, health, and wellness items, to potential buyers.
It simplifies the buying process, enhances product visibility, and supports businesses in managing relationships with suppliers or retailers.
it's available to those retailers...it will be news when those retailers start buying.
Just saw that $EDXC’s HYLA is now verified on RangeMe.com, making their products accessible to major U.S. retailers like Dollar General and Rite Aid. HYLA appears to be gaining traction.

People pay to watch zombie movies too.
Wouldn’t that be everyone on IHub
I went back on your post, it looks like you only been around this ticker for a month. Am I correct? You act as the knowledgeable one everyone should listen to
Well that helps

WARNING: Don’t Hire CEO Felons
Has it been 90 days yet? This group hasn’t done anything yet either.
It wasn’t rocket science to figure out the interim CEO’s lack of credentials and some of the board members troubling association.
Convicted felons and unregistered broker dealers = loss.
Due Diligence

Looking at your post it looks like you’ve been around ENDEX a couple weeks. Am I wrong?
Observation and caution is not considered negativity. This company is swirling and any other “wait and see” posture is a losers gambit.
I agree with your observation. It certainly seems like there's someone who’s always eager to criticize the company. Constructive feedback is valuable, but constant negativity just isn’t helpful.
I buy the L Dopa part. They still have a massive hill to climb and now banking most everything on this niche product. For the sake of us all, this thing better take off.
Do the due diligence is right. Broad sweeping market research on potential opportunity is not due diligence on the company and the individuals executing a well researched and cultivated business strategy.

Due diligence on the board and CEO is what should be watched closely. Interim CEO Brad Listermann stated he was once a licensed broker, but no evidence was of that was available online with FINRA. He is currently entangled in more than one litigation case in California.
E-cigarette and Vape Market size was valued at USD 30 Billion in 2023 and is likely to reach USD 67 Billion by the end of 2036, expanding at around 30% CAGR during the forecast period i.e., between 2024-2036.

That's just one source, keep your eyes open and do your due diligence, such bashers are usually people with a personal grudge
I see this board and the comments, so its like one guy with a vendetta constantly bashing the company and every move they make, I'm certain that's not even a shareholder
As the vape industry keeps growing, HYLA's expanding distribution network is a positive sign for the stock. I think we'll see more concrete results soon. Let's keep an eye on the next reports and updates to get a clearer picture.
Is there such a thing as a safe Vape?

In perspective here is an positive message from 2018 about the “demand” for the product.

Not actually true. They have a unique product. The L Dopa infused vape is like none other. You can’t argue that. I can’t disagree with you about the functionality of the company, except it does appear they are working to turn this bag of $hit around.
Turn around on what? A vape company? They no longer sell CBD products at Walgreens, Target, and Amazon. They are a vape company now. There is nothing special about their vape. Their vape is similar to others. The only thing that will help this company is competitive pricing, a great product, and stellar marketing. I don't see any of this happening.
