PTEL was at 20 billion shares. The Market Cap reflects depending on price a SS of 3.51 billion - 4.6 billion shares. That is a 77-83% share reduction... speculative but PTEL should be at .075 or more... and those divvy's pushing $2 a share. I guess for $3.33 match you'd need .001945 at PTEL.

ENTI audited financial in 2011 placed PPS at .01-.02
