I have 16 percent of my shares left
I held millions of shares for the past years and never had an opportunity to unload them until now. I may keep the remaining just in case it turns out pigs can really fly and Elon Musk has just gotta have EIPC!!!!!! The thing is UNLESS DW releases a PR of some kind NEVER believe those who would hype a sub-penny stock.
I’ll tell you a little story
Some years ago I owned stock in IBSG International, Inc. (IBIN). The company sold business software and from all accounts it was a growing, profitable company. Then the stock tanked and it turned out the CEO was a complete fraud and the SEC filings showing $9m cash was a complete fabrication. The company very quickly went belly-up, the stock tanked and was essentially worthless (as low as $0.0001). A few years later after sitting in the basement there were a few large transactions of the stock followed by a flurry of activity. It turns out some dubious stock picker had showcased the stock to his subscribers and they were rushing to buy. The stock climbed as high as $0.08 and I sold my shares. I tried to tell the folks on the Yahoo message board the history of the company but no one would listen. They pointed to the dated Yahoo Finance profile as proof of the company’s viability. They had swallowed the tale hook, line and sinker and would not be deterred. Two weeks later the stock was once again completely worthless. The funny thing is you can still get a price quote on IBIN ($0.0002) and I guess buy the thing if you so desire. It has a float of just 12.5m so wow what a deal, huh?
Agreed. Been in this as long as you, and was lucky enough to sell in the pennies when things looked promising, as I needed funds starting a small family. I've re-bought in the low teens mainly, and still have long-term hopes for the company. It's my opinion that the slander, character assassination and false charges that were leveled against the company's officers were a corporate hit of some kind intended to silence research on solar-powered ultra-capacitors. You make a fair point that with no information from the company, my theory could well be inaccurate. However, when I talked with Walker after the company closed its Madison operation, he was in northern California carrying on research. My hopes for EIPC have always centered on ultracapacitors and their future utility in electric vehicles. Ultracapacitors, which EIPC has researched and produced, charge and discharge thousands of times without wearing out, and do so much more rapidly that Li-ion batteries. It's also understandable that the company went underground given the attack they sustained. Time will tell, I'll be buying more in the teens....
$EIPC
While the battery coatings showed some promise in the lab the research was only done on half-cells. After the small federal grant ran out the couple of Researchers and Technicians working in Madison scattered and the office closed. At one point I believe there was talk about trying to get a battery company to continue the research but that did not pan out.
The one verifiable outlet for their long range RFID tag (William Frick & Company) has not appeared to carry the tags for a few years now. Subsequent attempts to launch an RFID business also fizzled.
I've been a very long-time bagholder of this stock (since 2008) but no more. If people want to buy this stock because someone else is buying this stock then well have at it. With no information available you can make up anything you like and someone will believe it.
Last I heard, EIPC's subsidiary Sol Rayo was still in business. Also, I spoke with CEO Walker, must be three years ago now, and he was working on his spray coatings at the time. Remember, EIPC successfully performed a National Science Foundation grant by successfully extending the life of Li-ion batteries' anodes and cathodes by 30%, simply by spraying on a nano-coating. EIPC also brought a solar-powered RFID tag which carried a seven-year warranty to market. It never took off, likely due to EIPC's very low market cap, not exactly inspiring confidence. While I agree we are likely at the end of our bull run, EIPC may yet surprise to the upside and prosper in chaotic times. I'm holding long awaiting news.
$EIPC
I've wondered why this stock still trades
I mean they have no employees (other than Walker), no products, no revenues and as far as I know no prospects so I would be very interested to see if someone can get a response from CEO David A Walker. Lacking that I'm pretty sure the trading here is some kind of sign of an overall market top. When folks start buying poop, well that's gotta mean something :0
There was no way EIPC was going to collect that judgement
The guy lived in Florida, which is a separate liability state, so all he had to do was transfer whatever assets he had to his wife to avoid payment.
Thanks! I will send an email.
Some years ago I sent an email to dwalker@enableipc.com and got a detailed reply. But now the domain is used by a German SEO blog.
ddubya@pacbell.net or dw957445@gmail.com or dwalker@enableipc.com
I don't know if the last one is active. Please let me know if you make contact.
Has anyone an email address to contact the company?
Heard that! CEO Walker picked up the phone a few years ago when I called, and it sounded as if they were carrying on. Anyone know the status of their subsidiary Sol Rayo? Sol Rayo had the last update, a year or so ago.
$EIPC
Looks like the stock still has a small following. Hopefully it pops up on some scans.
Bid whack again. Back to .003 +58%. Could be 100% without the whacks.
EIPC .0034, nice bid in 250 mil A/S
$EIPC is going to multiple pennies. You heard it here first.
Got a few hitting the bid. They just don't see the potential here waiting to sell on the ask. Mo may be slowed.
Interesting action last nite and this morning. Holding and maybe adding. No news no pump. Just another sub penny that wants to join the party that they have had for almost 2 months now. A few IHUBer's are now millionaires.
EIPC .0037 x .0038 250 mil A/S
EIPC .0037 x .0038 250 mil A/S
EIPC 250 mil A/S, holding this
EIPC as thin as they come. Late action yesterday. Out of the blue. Watching.
@Estrella: I only have a free account with no special functionality.
I am impressed: 0.0037, but I couldn't find anything new.
There's definitely something going on behind the scenes. Literally no info online so someone knows to load the boat.
This price and volume action certainly has my attention! Will have to find out whether this is just another little blip or if this is the big one. With the low O/S this will move big on any development.
Right, EIPC prevailed, was awarded $1.5 Mill, which I don't believe was ever collected. Well, looks like it may have been worth the wait! ;)
$EIPC
Holding next boom to the moon $$$$$$ .0014/19
I have been around that long unfortunately :).
I remembered there was a judgment, but I thought EIPC secured a judgment against them, as opposed to the company getting in trouble with regulators. Maybe I am remembering it wrong...
Either way, this company has an excellent share structure but I think it is dead unless someone picks it up as a reverse merger candidate.
This thing has to have a tiny float. I'm sure there will be a lot more volume pouring in over the next few weeks.
If anyone has news, please post it here.
Is finally something going on with EIPC, Mr. Walker?
Nothing for years and years.
Solrayo website ist gone, too.
Were you here long enough to remember this --
https://www.tmcnet.com/usubmit/2013/10/15/7479631.htm#
EIPC finally prevailed, being awarded a $1.5 Mil as yet uncollected judgment. Going places ...
$EIPC
Some sporadic volume here and there over the past few weeks...
Anyone got any updates? This one has a nearly perfect share structure.
I agree! $EIPC Long!!
You could try to get an answer from Mr. Walker. Years ago I got a comprehensive reply and explanation from him.
I would also like to see some financials finally. If I remember correctly there are a few million receivables from a won lawsuit.
EIPC - this stock has long been ripe for a reverse merger or takeover. Any positive information about the company's business would cause this to rocket imo.
Very low outstanding shares and float. Most of the float has been traded at these low sub sub penny prices over the past years.
We need to hear something from the company about what they have been up to.
Pennies have been hot last few weeks. Just need a catalyst
Lol looks like I'll be seeing you around. Like both plays a lot right now
I own some there too. lol
Check out $IP_RC if you like low floaters too. It’s got an even smaller float than $EIPC and is active with the nvsos
Nice. It definitely will...all that’s needed is patience and we could break .0020’s in no time imo
$EIPC
I have a good amount of shares of EIPC. Hoping for some interest here soon
$EIPC spread is very interesting. Super low float too
Very Interesting! Great SS + Low Float as well...could move big any day now imho.
