EIPC is trading at $316K Market Value now v.s. its OTCNI-Tier Non-Reporting peer (AFTC) at $177K MV. There was no any news nor any filing event at all when EIPC created a New 52-week high 0.0040 a few weeks ago! If there were any Real News or Event EIPC should hit the Penny Land based on the majority peer's performance history and 234.05M shares FIXED Small float...
The professional website promotion sometimes has very limited effect for the promoted stock's price (such as AFTC from the two promotion links below) though sometimes it generated 10 ~ 100-Bagger or even 1000-Bagger Huge or Giant effect! So far I didn't see any website to promote EIPC. In fact EIPC can run 10-Bagger to hit 0.0060 easily by itself based on its SS and BV alone.
The only thing we need to do here is: Slap out those dirt cheap 0.001x shares to trigger a Strong MOMO! Then EIPC will be on fire!

Nevertheless 18M shares is a lot to sell on fake news - that's about 14% of float.
I would like to be a bit naive and hope for something real. 
Sad, that a company that had such prospects seems to end this way.

Yesterday the ask at 0.0011 had over 1.4M shares but no any taker! So I guess that seller will dump those shares at 0.0010 very soon. EIPC might test the New bottom 0.0008 again as soon as today... I wish 0.0008 still could hold the bottom support for us so that we could see last week's high 0.0017 testing again!
I feel EIPC is a very lucky OTCNI Non-Reporting stock since it is still trading at $267K Market Value now v.s. its majority of OTC peers are trading at much much lower MV (such as AFTC's $148K and BRTE's $205K) currently.
Anyway should any updating from the company EIPC would quickly test its 52-week high 0.0040 again...
Agreed. EIPC had already bounced to 0.0017 so far v.s. the most recent high was 0.0040 from the chart below! Why someones cracked the price down to 0.001002 (mere 1,090 shares) now, LOL? It seems a typical price manipulation in order to reload the dirt cheap basement shares again...
To those stupid 0.0012s sellers: move up your shares to 0.0020 or higher! Otherwise you would end up selling those shares at 0.0010 ~ 0.0008 again! 0.0008 has been proved a New Bottom supporting price!
EIPC is trading at $412K ~ $218K MV today v.s. it had $970K MV just two weeks ago! EIPC just did 6.67-Bagger Quick rally in June!
The FIXED Tiny SS (242M/250M shares OS/AS) alone should drive EIPC back to 0.0040 (which was just created two weeks ago) again easily! The asks of Level2 are Hyper Thin!

Anyway the OTC peers ADFS, NNSR, EFLN, EVRN, BRNE, XHUA, SNVP, HEME, EXBX, WWTH, and AFTC etc. all did Huge Rally most recently (262, 105, 69, 40, 35, 14, 14, 11, 9, 8, and 5-Bagger respectively)! All those peers except AFTC have the Market Value (at peak) higher than the current MV of EIPC!
LOL, Someones bid total 34M shares at 0.003x just one week ago but now nobody wants to Slap any dirt cheap shares at Even 0.0012 ~ 0.0017! Why? What happened for EIPC since then? I bet those Tens of Millions shares of 0.004 ~ 0.002x buyers will dump all their EIPC shares at 0.0009 ~ 0.0006 in the coming days/weeks...

Today someones started to sell EIPC shares at the New bottom 0.0008 (total 45,000 shares so far) again! Why didn't they sell those shares at 12.5%-Higher price 0.0009 last week while over 670K shares bid at 0.0009? It seems they intentionally manipulated the price down to 0.0008 in order to cause panic sell-off like they did a couple of weeks ago (which lead to large sell-off at the previous New bottom 0.0007)!
Anyway the current MV is $194K v.s. the majority of its OTC peers are trading at much lower MV now (such as BRTE at $146K, AFTC at $118K, HEME at $96K, and ICNVQ at $72K MV etc.). At the New 52-week high $0.0040 EIPC has $970K MV.
0.0008 seems forming a New bottom besides the previous 0.0007 and 0.0006! To own 5% of EIPC, one needs to hold 12,126,148 shares! I bet at most one or two shareholder(s) could own that many shares now.
