Had a nice bid yesterday....someone tried to buy 10,000 shares at .85 with a day order.....needed to use gtc which means good till cancel....only filled 1100 shares.....still no float in this puppy.

Im sure they want to make sure everything is ready for SEC...once audit is released and eventual move up to QB...the 6 month countdown begins for restrictions to be lifted....that should also bring in more investors...things are slow but definitely going in the right direction!!

No clue...power of veto said end of July...probably costs alot of $ to file as well...or they want to make sure all the t's are crossed and i's are dotted...either way only good can becomr of filing form 10....should attract more investors once filed
