Right. I’m not referring to the SS. There’s been an offering out since September to the public at .097. Whenever they complete or cancel that this should move nicely. The last filing showed that they’ve sold a little over 10 million at the end of year. Not sure where they’d be by now but I’m sure they’ve sold a lot more. Once that’s closed people will buy this up. They were talking about 300+ million were being offered at .097. That’s a lot! Hopefully they end it soon.

I wonder if its shorters scrambling since they know that it has a very tight float so it could run fast so there working overtime to hold it down because normally people want to get the highest prices not push it down and cap your own position

They also updated the entire DTC/Float on OTC as of 6/03/22 showing only 12.5 million in total so its extremely tight it should have a huge run at any moment

There has not been any new funds raised in awhile i checked with OTC Markets and the total was under 10 million shares and according to the Transfer agent those shares has been deposited quite awhile
