I'd expect once the volume has tailed off from the smart investors hitting the exits, a trading group could move the PPS wherever they'd want, but for what? Given that some of the popular trading platforms won't even let someone buy a grey sheet, or even a CE anymore, and especially considering the SEC revocation is already in motion (like it or not), what would be the point, especially when there are other scams running around with the companies actively putting out misinformation. Why would anybody fool around with a dead, grey sheet company, soon to be illiquid and revoked?

This is a scam pump and dump being run on the carcass of this dead company. Everybody knows it, and to even imply that trading volume on a grey sheet debut dump gives any legitimacy is absurd. And that's exactly what the SEC told everybody:

ELCR SEC Suspension "because of questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of information about the Company in the marketplace, and unusual and unexplained trading activity affecting the market for its securities.
The Company has not filed any reports with the Commission since 2011 or otherwise released any information about its operations. Despite the absence of any publicly available news from the Company since 2011, Electric Car’s share price and trading volume have greatly increased since January 2021. The increased share price and trading volume coincided with social media posts from late January onward that appear to be attempting to influence the market for the stock.

There is zero chance the company will file or say anything, so the SEC will revoke the stock once and for all.

This one is beyond "CE," it's on the greys, so this initial volume will taper down to near nothing, just like they all do. Plus, this company is dead and will be revoked for failure to file financial reports when the SEC gets through their bureaucratic BS. It is inevitable.

ELCR HAS NOT EXISTED SINCE 2011
THE SUSPENSION IMO WILL NOT BE LIFTED AND THERE WILL BE MUCH MORE SERIOUS ACTIONS COMING SOON. There is much more to the scheme they orchestrated and the pumping of the stock in the last few months is nothing. What the owners and there family and friends pulled off between 2009-11 was IMO a thing of beauty until they got sloppy and allowed the stock to keep trading for 10 years and that led to someone uncovering everything
