EECPQ @ .01! VERY THIN!
Correct me if I am wrong, but this company is now a shell.
And with the trailing "Q" on the symbol it appears that it never emerged from bankruptcy.
I realize that the assets were sold to:
Clyde Bergemann EEC
7380 Coca-Cola Drive, Suite 126
Hanover, Maryland 21076
They appear to be a private corporation with no public stock.
This is a citation from their web site:
"Clyde Bergemann Power Group announced their successful acquisition of the assets of Environmental Elements Corporation on December 23, 2005. The newly formed company, Clyde Bergemann EEC (CBEEC), will continue to market air pollution control products and services to the power, pulp & paper, iron & steel, rock products, petrochemical and waste industries. Clyde Bergemann EEC and its predecessor company have been engaged in the air pollution control business since 1946."
The address for THIS old company, of the stock EECPQ, is:
Environmental Elements Corporation
3700 Koppers Street
Baltimore, MD
21227 United States
So it appears that the company of THIS stock has NO ASSETS and is no longer in business.
Is this correct?
I still own 2000 shares of EECPQ worth about $6
If anyone has any better info about EECP please post it.

Last run of EECPQ reach .05 cents...I can't wait for the next run!
