Going Head To Head: ECOtality Vs. Car Charging Group
http://seekingalpha.com/article/1551702-going-head-to-head-ecotality-vs-car-charging-group?source=yahoo
Is anything in this BLOGGERs article proven. This is what ???? the 3rd article written for this company is this guy being paid by the company to write this stuff. Has anyone seen the SO called 1000 ++++ chargers and I recall looking at the income they report or should I say the LACK of INCOME makes you think why someone feels they are going to be the so called winner when they are NOT MAKING ANY MONEY. so if it true they have what over 1000 chargers they are not getting anyone to use them. One little note left out is CCGI is part of BLINK and CHARGE POINT NETWORK right.... which means they are paying both of them to be part of the BIG BAD NETWORK. so I think charge point and Blink get paid even if no one is using them and CCGI has to maintain them which comes with ownership NICE CONTROL. This looks like a paid BLOGGER doing what he is told to write about nothing more!!!!!!

I believe this is how it will work
The private placement resulted in the issuance of 5,123,423 shares of ECOtality's common stock priced at $1.60 per share. In addition, each participating investor received a warrant to purchase a number of shares of ECOtality's common stock equal to 50% of the total number of shares of ECOtality's common stock purchased by such investor at the closing of this offering. The warrants will be exercisable for a five-year period beginning six months after the date of issuance at an exercise price of $2.04.
ECOtality intends to file a Registration Statement covering the resale of the common stock underlying the shares and warrants on or before July 18, 2013.
Thanks . I have one question these Private Placement (shares) will become public and they will be sold into the Market do you know how long before this starts????
Private placement (or non-public offering) is a funding round of securities which are sold not through a public offering, but rather through a private offering, mostly to a small number of chosen investors.[1] "Private placement" usually refers to non-public offering of shares in a public company (since, of course, any offering of shares in a private company is and can only be a private offering).

ECOtality to be Added to Russell Microcap Index
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/ecotality-added-russell-microcap-index-120000785.html
Told you! Now Lucky if this hold one dollar.
Thoughts on the new partnership announcement this morning?
I have no clue on how low it might reach They did this last time and it's hit all time low eom
But it should mean they don't dump lower than 1.60 right?
Revenue in the first quarter of 2013 increased 16% to $15.9 million from $13.7 million in the first quarter of 2012. The increase in revenue was largely attributed to the continued roll out of ECOtality’s Blink network of charging stations, continued execution on the EV Project, and increased sales of our industrial products. Revenue in the first quarter of 2012 includes $2.6 million in non-recurring license revenue resulting from the March 2012 ABB software license transaction.
buy the dips,,will shoot up to 2.00 soon
More shares for sale-more dumping into the market.
What does that news mean?

This has been a nice little secret for a few of us since .50
We haven't posted on any other boards to invite the shorts in to jump on this like "Buzzards on a gutwagon"
Appreciate if you could keep it that way.
Best of luck to you.

Nice close.........near HOD........$$$
Ha this will break $2.00 before .76!
You need to re evaluate ASAP!
ECTY Chart: Riding the Upper BB in the Bullish Channel......the Upper Bb is resistance & MA(10) is support......Bearish Dark Cloud Cover formed on Fri., but today's action is trying to nullify the Sell Signal.....
A Lg. White candle nullifies the Sell signal......two days for conformation......beautiful chart!........if only all stocks could be this bullish......forming heavy resistance @ 2.00.....that's the KEY level for ECTY......close above 2 & the run continues.......
Fail to break resistance & MA(10) @ 1.54 support will be on deck......below MA(10) is MA(20) @ 1.32.......as long as ECTY holds MA(20) support the uptrend should continue.......
SAR @ 1.33.....a drop to that level will trigger the SAR to flip to a SELL Signal......checkout April 8th to April 15th........may see similar action @ this level......
ECTY on break 2 resistnace & continue the incredible run radar.......$$$
I totally agree! I put this out a week or two ago and it dropped so decided to just keep quiet and let it crawl its way up. Shorts would kill this one, I got my stop losses in place in case they do show up though
I'm afraid to mention it on another board fearing all the shorts will screw it up and take it back down.
I think this one is better off not being on the most active boards list.
Good Luck
