Nice PH!!! Things are looking good here hopefully it keeps up. Someone may have inside info on a buyer for the company :) Hope some people grabbed some of the low .12s. You kinda know something is up if there is news like this about ch. 11 and the stock still maintains above it's 52 week low with all doom and gloom approaching. But we'll see if there is a quick sell off tomorrow or if there is more buying to get an idea of where we are really headed. GLTA!
read the NOTICE OF BID DEADLINE. At the bottom of page 2 they finally admit they do not not significant debt.
"Although the Debtors believe that they do not have any significant secured debt obligations, the DOE (as defined below) or other parties may assert interests in, or with respect to, certai
n of the Debtors’ assets. The Debtors reserve their rights regarding the character, validity, extent, avoidability and enforceability of any such interest.

Buy out of bankruptcy court or buy over the counter. And what about all of the debt and liabilities.
My take is that a similar situation just happened with AL*R, it went down on bankruptcy talk and another company came in and bought it, and it sky rocketed up within 2 weeks so I'm confident that possibly the same situation happens here. Usually there will be a small bounce such as the one to .48 recently and then it goes back up again very close to where it fell from on the bad news...which in my opinion would be heading back to .80-1.20
Hey bro whats your take on all this bankruptcy talk and the meetings in beginning of Oct.what happens if a company or companies step in and buy pieces of company
DEBTORS’ MOTION FOR ENTRY OF (I) AN ORDER (A) APPROVING BIDDING PROCEDURES IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF THE DEBTORS’ ASSETS, (B) SCHEDULING SALE HEARING, (C) APPROVING THE FORM AND MANNER OF THE SALE, AUCTION, AND SALE HEARING, AND (D) GRANTING RELATED RELIEF, AND (II) AN ORDER APPROVING THE SALE OF SUBSTANTIALLY ALL OF THE DEBTORS’ ASSETS

Auction to be held on October 8th - Sales hearing on October 9th
Looks like we have some support at .14. Big bids . somebody's buying down here
Maybe another company moves in and buys ECTY out here. I could be wrong but am expecting something along the lines of what just happened to AL*R to happen with ECTY and we head back up again to test .4-.48, all imo of course.
Did you get any low shares :) hope some peeps got those .12s hahaha $$$ coming imo. Not worried here, doing the same thing most other stocks do in these circumstances. Got to buy on the fear baby and do your DD.
Good morning. Chapter 11 wake up slap.
I feel like this is going to go right back up for another run very soon. Time to buy on some fear imo. But it may go down a bit more first.
Ch. 11 BK news out this a.m. Stock has been halted.
Waiting for money to clear n can get back in at .22 or lower. I just hope I can get back in before another kaboom run! We all know once these bogus lawsuits stop reporting ECTY will probably come out with a string of news to propel this back to 1 buck in time
Look's like it may want to hold around .22. Bout time to strike with a starter.
no I'm waiting for either .18/.19 or a pinch upward to .30 on good volume. I'll buy either
Nice trading ST, did you manage to buy back or are you waiting/watching on the sidelines for now???
It's hard to predict what the high could be in any given month. I do like the fact that it managed to hold support and close above the 10dma on Friday. It looked promising early on in the trading session however it was wishful thinking on my part to believe that we could see it close above .30 considering it was Friday. I believe if we continue to hold key support levels we could see a possible test at recent highs again(.48) in the short-mid term.
JMHO
GL:)
I got out at .29 I'll rebuy depending on volume and pinch.. overbought on the 5 min and 1 min
What is your opinion on what the high will be for ECTY this month?
Also nice reversal call on yesterdays post thank you!
It's never a bad idea to sell for a small loss when your analysis tells you holding could result in a deeper one. We have to always try to minimize our loses and maximize our gains the best way we see possible...
I'm not sure we will see any big move north tomorrow considering it's Friday and many know that holding this stock over the weekend carries heavy risks considering the circumstances. Perhaps next week we see another push upwards if all goes well that is
I do really like the chart ATM and believe we could see another leg up very soon as long as we don't get any punishing news, if you know what i mean...
I appreciate the kind words and it's a pleasure chatting with you as well.
Happy trading & BOL
Yeah it's good to hear you agree with me. I like your trades/calls. I bailed on my .30 entry at .29, took the 3% hit.. Then I bought some at .25, sold at .24 yesterday at EOD, then got back in today at .242 or so. Hey, as you know, these are very hard to predict bottoms on AT TIMES, I don't mind taking a 3% hit here and there as long as it isn't too bad. Imagine if I held from .30 to .24, I'd already be down 20%. Re-positioning is smart when you stay dedicated
NOW for the fun big question, do we rebound to .30-.36 or blow past .46 on this next go around? Hmmm.... place your bets! lol.. good chatting with ya SF..
as always ALL in my own opinion
Notice where bottom has been on this recent pullback???
I am doing the same as you.
Still holding out for maybe 1 more dip. Let's see how this finishes out the week.
Nice call on .24-.25 area wonder if I should hold out or load a bit here....Chart still looking nice though
Im in this too! Check renu also.
So far bro we're looking GOOD.. way more buy volume then sell and it's slowly pinching upward.. once .31 breaks (Friday if you noticed, we bounced off .30 and tried breaking the downtrend at .31, stalled out, went lower)we should see .36 quickly. I only bought like 1/3 of what I wanted to at .30 because I thought she might test .24-.25, but so far this may be a conitnuation rebound.. GLTY sir looks like we're the only two traders posting up here!!
Not sure if it was SS, just saw the chart n looked like a good bounce play.
Why did this bounce. I thought they were considering bankruptcy. Was it just a short sqeeze?
Hear ya in a couple ways. I flipped this yesterday 3 times for good money.
* .30 at open to .351
* .359 to .414
* .37 to .449
Today I bought a small 2,700 position at .30. I think it will hit .22-.24 and bounce back to .3 atleast.
The only reason I say that is because this type of volume is serious and it's much less then then past few days of buying. 15 minute chart is oversold and so is the 10 and 30 minute chart. If it's making a reversal, this is the volume you need for it. Not so much a straight shot, but reliefs along the way.
Anyways GLTY and all in my opinion
I'm not too sure about that one jr...
Check the history of the chart, we are in all time lows right now on this baby. Anything under .30 imo is gold right now, I see this hitting possibly 1.00 in the next 2 weeks to a month.
Well like an arse I was gonna get in at .15 but waited n got in at .22 and reloaded some more around .30-.32. I have some cash left but waiting to see if we dip more as I am content with my position now. GLTY as well, I believe we're gonna bank hard :)
Right with ya bro. I just rebought my .45's at .302. If she tests .25 I'll buy much more, got plenty of powder.. GLTY sir.. You sell any yesterday or enter today at all? Just curious.
I just have a feeling this is going to bounce again on Tues. I just think it's going to react a lot like ALVR last 2 weeks and imo I believe we'll be at 1 dollar within 2 weeks..GLTA
,,,,,,,Nice trade
GLTA I'm out on 50% gain
I'd so say! $ECTY
lollll...it's going parabolic!!!!!!
WHE HE WHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT A RIP IM OUT AT .45 BUT HOLY SH!T THIS THING IS A MONSTER
