Looks like we are in a stare down, showdown situation. No one wants to sell what they have and "if" there is an entity in which is trying to get some cheapies here in the next few weeks and before they take off and make an announcement big "if" they are staring pretty hard right now. On a slightly positive note...bought this stuff years ago on an old Zecco account and it's the only one that has the number of shares I bought to begin with. I have a couple other holdings in there with 1 share @ trips....I'd say a few R/S's went down...lol

Most CE plays have not market makers so without them no bid or ask will show. Level 2 does not help with them. These plays are high risk as the trades are really blind trades. Most brokers still allow trading these plays. So far 60 million traded and a number at .0003 which could be a good sign that this is ready to move out of trip zeros.

Is this currently trading? Schwab shows .00 bid and .00 ask. I see trades are happening, but no bid or ask. Trying to dump my shares at .0003.

I concur. Especially when this ticker went into EM around December of 2019. Why bother what would be the point of that back then to let this nosedive, for MM's to play a little for chump change not worth the time or effort. My assumption is that covid could have slowed or changed things up a bit from when this went EM in early first quarter of last year. Worth a chance who knows. We will see. Good luck to you.

Currently, it's EM, which suggests some strategy is underway. As an EM, it's still Grey Market status.

If nothing is submitted ECCI could very well be at risk of revocation.

IMO, there gas been enough share swapping to satisfy MM who choose to play along, while separating thrm from those who do not.

The "engineer" has had sufficient time to have vested into a reduced tax liability.

I suspected March would reveal a filing.

We haven't seen anything yet, and although OTCM is burdened with filers, March isn't yet over.

I had read if no filings had been made, tickers on "suspended status" or displaying any signs of fraud (and or price manipulation) will be revoked in June.

I tracked down an old trading account I had forever ago. It's been moved around and I found the new holder of the account. When the rep brought it up she said "Wow you have a lot of those shares". My heart started racing and I asked if I was rich. She told me ECCI shares....lol.

I will check but don't hold me to it, I thought I saw it at anywhere from 3-4 billion. But I have to see where I read this it was a while back. But I could be 100% wrong perhaps it was a different ticker. I will try to locate it again. If someone or "someones" do decide to grab this for whatever their needs may be not going to speculate but we can all hope "crypto", "tech" not sure it will be tequila for lunch for 1 month for me so that I can try to mellow out from the shock. And yes this thing really moves on a relatively low amount of volume.

Forgot to add may need the tequila for breakfast as well.

I did not exoexr the recent activity... And Yes, last year there were statements of an RM.

When Grey Market suddenly goye Expert Market, that speculation is reasonably based on history of others that had underwent a bump to EM... And while ECCI is likely the same, posting of imminent was ridiculous pumping.

IMO, the overwhelming majority of the volume continues to be share-swapping among MM, with some trades being made by the EM on behalf of a potential accumulating custodian. (They must own shares in companies they "clean up".

It has been over a year from the initial burst, and now that a potential custodian could be vested with a smaller tax burden IF there is ACTUALLY anything here, official filings could be made at anytime...

And, with the known share structure... Together with the short squeeze, good money can be made here.


(IMO, there was a state filing showing 10B AS. No immediate worries. They have to be active to dump them into the OS, if, they choose to do so).

I am not pumping this and I have only given neutral opinions thus far. As for the rumor regarding a custodianship that is why I called it a "rumor" and said that there was no substantial, or irrefutable evidence to go with it. The "rumor" was stated here around last December-March not sure what specific date look it up. It was perhaps someone just giving his/her opinion. As per the share count, etc., I agree with your statements. Good luck to you as well.

Either there was a statement in (digital) writing here or somewhere else which was traceable to an identifiable reliable source or there was not.

Any statement without authority (a reliable source) is either baseless speculation or pumping.

I own a great deal of freebies here so it does not behoove me to make this statement.

Also, based upon my knowledge and experience something is way off on the share count.

While there is no reliable share count, my belief was that they cannot increase the same while they were permanently suspended (per nvsos).

Per the last company 10qsb the company had 100 mill authorized and only 51mill issued and outstanding. This was prior to being suspended.

This is a ridiculously low share count.

IF and it is a big IF anything happened to this ticker, WITH THIS SHARE COUNT, it would be difficult to calculate how high this could go.

And that is pure baseless speculation, pure risk, pure gambling (pure hope)
