I saw chicken feet at this Dim Sum in Sydney around the early 80's. The Thai people I was with went ape shit over those things. My Chinese food appetite died for the next 5 years. To me it looks like someone lost patience and crashed out, looking to chase something else. If you were on the bid, then you got filled. If insiders were buying, the bid would be much stronger and persistently rising. It’s not. IMO

This volume screams insiders friends and family buying. Give it a few weeks to allow some to exit. This run might be what a few weak hands have been waiting on. BID sitting might be wise. It's still .015ish

That's where you need to be going forward. Anything below .015 is a score. I wonder if that pipe dream is now gone and anything below .02 is the new bottom?

I've always found it impossible getting shares in here without slapping and the MMs always had the spread ridiculously wide. 100%+ .015 x .03

No one gave up shares.

Maybe they will be offered 50-33 shares per promissory shares? Or create a new class of preferred shares and dump them all in there? I'd assume there would have to be an offer then vote. Those notes are basically restricted, so why would they get unrestricted common shares?

They have 500m ECPL shares to play with. What's a few million shares between friends?


$33k in notes to pay off in ECPL shares today is 1m shares depending on how a conversation works.
I'm sure they don't want to piss off any of those guys. They were behind them and stepped up.

Note holders would want the price as low as possible at conversion, managent and the rest of us would love to have this as high as possible.

I'd give them a new class of preferred shares off the bat, and warrants of common shares at some crazy low price down the road.

Hard to say. The sky's the limit.

I don't know enough about the two entities. We should get a good amount of news from it. And it should all be viewed as great news for everyone.,

So healthpoint plus did a private offering back in early 22. People paid $1 a share for common. What happen to them? Do they still own shares ? So do they merge Healthcoin and Health point into Health Star who owns ECPL. Not clean but if they pull it off, should have legs

Look at the recent Owner and CEO of Healthpoint Plus. Has an investment firm now in Wyoming. The new home of ECPL. He is CEO emeritus and says new things coming in 2023 for Healthpoint Plus. He is still the largest shareholder in Healthpoint. This guy has an impressive background in Public companies.
