I just set a ton of price alerts, limit buys and sells and forget about em. These pop when you least expect. Alerts go off and I pray I got enough time to figure out what's going on to modify


I geek out on what geopolitical events are affecting Oil, Nat gas and metals. Old man investments.

NHYF, I think it also has to do with the buyer. He needs to deliver and its going to be some time. Doesn't appear its revenue producing. Just another start up. I was hoping NHYF would moon. Then we would see some extra juice in ECPL

Moved my dry powder around today on the NHYF tank. I thought it was going over .015, but the sell on news crowd killed it. averaged up in that.
I'll probably get more ECPL over the next week or two.

Synergy get a few 100k eyes on him and those are the shells you want.

But 1m shares? Thats potential. This scores big and you'll be sitting on 60+ shells in no time.

Not sure what Ben has left in his shell collection. NHYF is moving to a Deal. I know he had a few in CT but those went dead when the courts wouldn't play ball for custodianship.

What I like about ECPL and AESO, these are not custodianship shells. He owns them outright

I forget, but Ben had many sub 30m float shells. Seems to me .06 was a safe bet.
And it depends on what comes in. And when.

ECPL has a market cap of 375,000. I think a clean shell with an OS of 29 mill should be closer to 1 mill MC just on its shell value. So anything under .04 should pay out. IMO

I remember seeing someone on this board a few months ago saying he had over 3 mill shares. I think he bought them 2 yrs ago when it had some volume. I've been accumulating over the past year, close to 1 mill

If you have been following this ticker and Ben work , you know this was a mistake. I received the same message from Synergy and confirmed OTC will correct. Sometime I think the OTC is in coo hoots with MM's. These type of mistakes cant and shouldn't happen. If the market was liquid like it was a couple of years ago, this would hit hard but probably wont now. Buying opportunity if it does because the as is 500 mill

Folks, no need to panic. The TA made a (HUGE) error updating the Authorized Shares today. In fact, the Authorized Shares have been reduced down to 500 million instead of an increase to 500 billion shares. Just go to the Wyoming SOS page for Ecoplus, Inc for the correct number of authorized shares which is 500 million. And, here's a response from Synergy Management to me confirming that TA made an error today updating ECPL share count.

"I don’t lie or put out information that is incorrect. I have filed and submitted everything properly. Check the state sos. It is all public knowledge. They (TA) obviously put it in incorrectly and I’m sure they will fix it as soon as they can. I brought it to their attention."

Great opportunity this morning - can't imagine these sub-$0.02 shares will be available for long. Probably seeing that legacy shareholder who put a ~500k share wall up a couple weeks ago finally exiting today.

Let's see what happens when the 99%+ OS & AS reductions are posted to OTCM.

You have to nibble here at these prices. less than $500,000 market cap at the 27 mill OS which will be reflected this week I believe. Plus the AS down to 500,000 mm from 100 bill

Today they need to rid the shell status or tomorrow the size on the Bid/Ask will look funky. Like 10k on both sides for each MM.
you just dont know if there are 2k or 20m at any given price, but these low floaters tgst are garanteed not to dilute are a good guess what a MM holds.
Back to the old days of when online trading first started.

Looks like they need to post the 1st qtr financials. Should be a formality. I would expect by end of the week. Hopefully we get back to current before they post the new SS. Id like to buy a little more down here
