I dont know anything about this stock, but saw this article on yahoo today. I question it's validity / if it's some fake article. Is this stock a fraud or is there long term potential? Just curious people's thoughts. I never trust these online articles on yahoo and other similar sites. Thanks

FYI this "company" up until a few years ago was a startup cancer treatment. The "company" went private, sent out some pieces of worthless paper stock certificates then claims to be a revolutionary designed spark plug company. I have yet to see even one(1) of their supposed plugs in any store for sale. This is a scam!! Oh by the way the company did a reverse 1000/1 split also.

I was looking to invest in this company, after all the marketing hitting the newsletters they looked like a promising company

So I went to their website to see their sec filings...

They have $252 cash at the end of April 30th 2016

They literally have $0 of revenue

If you don't believe me go to their website and read their 10Q's

right timing I guess.. lol. I didn't play this one but if anyone did buy and hold for 9 months, they would be millionaires.. right before January of 2016, the PPS was $0.004... imagine putting a $1,000 gamble and holding. even after a couple months the price shot up to $0.40-0.50.
