The Eco Science Solutions Board of Directors approves share repurchase of up to 5 million of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock

MAUI, HI / ACCESSWIRE / February 16, 2016 / Eco Science Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB: ESSI) a vertically focused e-commerce company in the cannabis industry, today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a Stock Repurchase Program in order to repurchase up to 5M of the Company's issued and outstanding common stock over a one-year period.

"Our Board of Directors and senior management strongly believe that Eco Science Solutions' long-term growth prospects are not reflected by the Company's current stock price, thus providing a timely opportunity for the Company to increase current shareholder value by repurchasing and retiring existing outstanding common stock," said Don Taylor, Eco Science Solution's Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer.

Under the stock repurchase program, and depending on market conditions, shares may be repurchased from time to time at prevailing market prices through open-market or negotiated transactions in accordance with all applicable securities laws and regulations.
