I have bought ECOB at the wrong time and not bought it at the right time, yet it has remained in my portfolio for the past 3 years and I am buying more. This 8-9 range has to be the bottom at this point in time. Does anyone agree with me? I kick myself for not stocking up when it was down to 3 and 4 last year. I love this stock's future.

Every time i have written to the company with concerns, they have responded to this little ole shareholder in 24 hours. That shows a great amount of integrity to me. Steve Conboy personally wrote me back on my last week. I know it will pay off, it is just tough being patient at times.

... Being the first time Steve has addressed shareholders I must say it's welcomed and i hope it is the begining of (at least a quarterly) trend.

Not quite the management news I was expecting nevertheless any shareholder update is welcome!

Although after reading that lengthy update - suspect numbers will not be great -distinct lack of any financials,purchase orders or sales projections - perhaps saving that info for the next 10Q!

Did try to find out from the Transhare Corporation trading agent the current o/s totals –no luck they directed me to ECOB for an update! Hence my post!

Question: How long can ECOB stay in the development/awareness/setting up stage? –data so far suggests ECOB operates a very costly business operation out of sync with incoming receipts.

OK - what comes first the horse or the cart? – Need to see this year a much bigger $$$$$ revenue cart with improved gross profit margin & a far less hungry horse!

MRL: $10 Million invested (81 million + 50 million shares held in warrants) - So big stake hopefully they still see merit & plan getting a good return!

Always positive about my investments however guess more cautious than some! – actually think current SP is doing quite well -but yes agree next filing results are important also key in my view the management commentary ! Still hold my ECOB shares purchased late 2010.

"•The recent S8 filing just reserved the shares to be issued not actually issued them.
•Many employee plans have vesting periods etc…
•As for the total numbers please wait one more week for our filing to be issued.

I remember reading and posting : an employee stock plan was put into place and iirc shares were set aside/reserved - im not sure if they were issued / restricted or not...

when a company set up a employee benefit plan with thier shares of stock, the odds are greatly in favor that the company really thinks that the value of the company will go up greatly to reward thier employees for working there. its like shares of stock to employees that have made people rich in the technology sector. IMO this tells me that he is setting things up for the long run and the long run is this stock is going up. Steve wants to reward his employees for sticking around and believing in him. IMO this is great news! wish i was a employee years ago when some of these computer firms set up shares of stock for thier employees.

IMO ~ a buy-out might be stretch right now - Manhattan Resourses is a major investor and Stratigic Partner - they are also publicly traded... I wonder if weECOB could be absorbed in a merger someday... but still a stretch - I Belive they see the potential and are in this for strategic supply operations and capital gains

If/WHEN ECOB lands one of these large housing contracts in Haiti - Jamacia - Asia - Ghana - Pacific Rim etc... and the venture turns practical & profitable ... who knows!!! At a minimum we would see greater interest among institutional investors and maybe even raise the brows of domestic home builders looking to breach the market though a merger or acquisition....

i've been with ecob for about 3 1/2 years now. You cannot take the quality of the product away and that is why I stuck with it so long. With time this will be a very good investment and I fee that now is a great time to get into it being that the price point is very attractive...but then again....1/2 a buck would also be a fine time to enter and let it run up to $7 a share...it all depends how fast of a return you are looking for.

Hopefully the days of 9'ers is gone and we'll see more upward mobility on PPS. Haven't seen nor heard of one bit of bad news, and what does come out speaks to sales and market expansion.

Still lurking in the background is MRL status and AF 21 sourcing. Perhaps no news in those regards is good news. I'm still holding a bunch long and plan to ride it out to $,$$$,$$$.

I'll jump on it at .50 then. Debt is not that bad here. Not sure about the 40% margin. At least not based on past performance. I think HLXH is going to report .01 - .02 eps in a few weeks. Currently trading at .02 so looking for .20's - 40's. With a 2.8 mil float it could go higher

It's a sector I am looking at mostly because of the Local, State and federal subsidies that exist and that are probably going to be expanded in the future.

Maybe you have a similar interest and that is why you are in ECOB?

The next hint of a $100M deal will be when it gets announced and we open at .50 :) They get a 40% margin on that so that would be .20 in eps, with a 20x multiple thats a $4 stock, so a .50 open is reasonable.

Interesting. 100 mil deals possibly And impressive growth. Comparing it to HLXH I was having a hard time figuring out why ECOB trades so high.

HLXH had a small loss last year but were cash flow positive. 7 times the revs, much better gross profit, No debt, no dilution, A much smaller share structure, and services an area seeing a boom in construction. (the Hamptons)

HLXH needs to announce they are pursuing 100 mil in deals I guess.

I was searching for a comp and I saw a post about ECOB. Very similar industries. Looks like ECOB was at .33 not that long ago.

Thanks for the info, I am going to ad it to my watch list. If I see any hint of getting those 100 mil deals, I will be all over this.

it has a $16M mkt cap, they announced ~$25M worth of deals in backlog that are starting to be released by homebuilders to ECO. They did $700k rev last Q should do about $1M for Dec Q and at least double that in March Q imo. They did $1.2M all last year. There have also been press about them going after $100M+ deals overseas where if they land one valuation will be ridiculously low.

I just found out about this stock. I didn't know it existed until today. Another green builder. I have followed another one similar for a long time. HLXH.

I am wondering how ECOB carries such a high valuation. Is there a huge contract that is about to be serviced or something?

I've been buying since 2009 and only traded ( a little bit ) out twice
most recently in the .11'-.13's cause EOY expenses
I'm trying to build back my share-count ASAP

all of 2009/2010 & into 2011 I followed up every news release PR contact I could find making sure I'm not throwing good money after bad.. I even exchanged emails w/ Steve when the capital structure revised (for no apperant reason) - turns out - it was to accommodate Manhattan Resourses partnership. After that deal and infusion of capital - I've relaxed on ringing phones and looking for affirmation...
and I've made a friend along the way -here- that spares me some anxiety

Steve has merged his Framing Bussiness into us - that will provide substance and exposure and brand recognition and organic growth- and he wouldnt have merged if their was ANY chance ECOB would/could fail... It's my understanding the framing outfit was his bread, butter, steak & potatoes... I honestly think he is also "all in" here
