1m P-shares that old Directors hold. Almost Maxed out.

Not sure about any old debt that’s been carried over unpaid for years. Ben would turn his nose up if there is a debt bomb. Like In RIBS.

1.7B @ .0001 is only a $170k market cap if Ben can retire all those insider shares. If not he can R/S the piss out if this like a Lazar shell play. Ben has yet to hit that reset button.

If Synergy can get custody and work a deal for the block of P-shares and all old Director shares, this could be something @ .0001 once it becomes Pink Limited. The trick is to be buying the morning the Tier change is posted.
It’s not going to happen over night.

Old stuck shareholders will dump the second this can trade.
They will have no clue what a Synergy is.
Same with the other shell.

I finally took a took at what Ben is serving up.

I think BABL and BDCM were Florida custo plays of his. Florida is reasonable.

Tough to buy on EM in US but can but in Canada just fine. If and when synergy takes over they will make it tradeable in US again and get everything up to date with OTC.

Gerry will have the best Thanksgiving and Christmas he has ever had. I figure he began another pump and dump almost a year ago. Over 20 billion shares traded and it went to.0023 twice. He sold unregistered shares again just like he did 15 years ago when you were buying. The firm aiding him went bankrupt and he got away free. So why not do it again ?
I would imagine that was his last one because he is now 80 years old. He and his wife can live comfortably with their new riches. Too bad for the trusting sheep. Fleeced again. Forget this vile family. You will be better off not remembering him.

Plus they have not filed since the 12/31/2012 report. A lot of filings are needed.
