MMs buying this bottom ... this wont go unnoticed too much longer.
Beautiful Dragonfly Doji on today's chart, key reversal day IMO. Lets see what next week has in store for us.
Well-said MGP. We're sitting on .08 EPS YTD (with another Q to report) and we're trading at .50. This will be one of those stocks that people wait for confirmation to buy ... they'll happily pay $1+ for what I've been buying at .50 for the last few days.
Loving these cheap shares and with the updated website, I think we're in for a surprise 10K early next year. Wont be selling this for anything less than $1 either way ... hang in there man.
ACLO. My wayward stepchild. The one I thought would turn out to be a preacherman is momentarily in a backslidden state.
I still love you son. Come back home.
Website updated: www.acl-semicon.com (slow to load)
Lots of new information about the products their equipment is used in.
Some one wants out. Some one wants in. I think this HAS TO BE a bottom.
Just my opinion.
Parabolic SAR triggered ... volume should come back in coming days and folks will be paying .70+ for what you can buy for .50 now.
GLTA
Loaded up at .50 ... not bad for a company that's looking at .10+ EPS for 2009.
From last PR:

I'm too damn nice. I need to "mean up" a little.
Lol
I'll take it at .45....I just out bid you.
me too...tax loss selling last week of the year..
Im looking for about .40 on the end of the year selling frenzy..I jump in then..
Thanks for the reply..Maybe i'll add in the new year
I'll promote it as much as I darn well please thank you very much.
That's what this board is for. The Good Bad and the Ugly.
I'll also promote it anywhere else on iHub I want to as long as I stick to the rules.
Promoting stocks on iHub boards....wow what a new concept!
You said I was "pumping" it on Emerging Chinese Small Caps.
I think I mentioned it once maybe twice and that was months ago.
Best I recall some of those guys liked it and surely they are smarter than me when it comes to companies like this.
Yes. I'm still shocked it isn't above $1.00 as I right this.
Company is virtually unknown and evidently needs a few more Q's of growth to convince the market.
If you have some Bad and Ugly on ACLO please spit it out. I'm sure we'ed all like to hear it.
balls, I was disappointed in the Q...
especially given that glowing shareholder letter that came out near the end of the quarter. I'm sitting tight with my shares and expect better things in the fourth quarter...
One-off Q ... money spent on advertising. Next Q will be strong, not sure why you're hating on it all of a sudden. Plenty of YoY growth, still worth owning IMO
Whats your take on this company now???
Please dont promote this thing anymore..K is K Warned you about being overly optimistic in the past .

Yes, and an extra .03 added to my guesstimate of .08 equals
.11 for this Q alone. Add that to .04 and .07 already and you get .22 with the final Q yet to come.
If this don't blast throught $1.00 soon I'll be shocked.
Weekly Up Trend still intact.....still strong actually.
I still can't believe so many people don't check the Weekly and Daily trend along with all trend lines.
When you go through your check list before you buy a stock what do you check in no particular order?
Share structure?
News?
Products/Service?
SEC Filings/revenues/profit,,,,profit margin/debt,ect..... of course.
Overall story and "likability"?
Gut feeling?
So stinking corny! But the Trend really is your friend.
ACLO has been overbought on a yearly scale/timeframe and should be pulling down into the oversold range soon. This is just my opiinion. Do you TA/FA studying and decide for yourself.
We all want instant gratification. Instant winners. Day by day multi baggers. That works from time to time but to depend on that strategy/trading style is a sure road to the poor house.
This game is fought in the trenches. He who has a trench knife and knows how to use it wins.
DON'T FORGET THE TREND my friends!
You know,....kinda like...Use the Force Luke......Use the Force
Yes, disappointing action today. I didnt get a piece of any of the action, although I had a low-ball order at .52 that didnt get filled.
I saw 2-3 MMs parked at .40 looking to load up. I doubt we'll get sold down that low, but I will leave orders around that price just in case. Will gladly grab some .50s nonetheless. Long-term prospects are solid, and I believe next Q will really be rock-solid.
Buy the pain, that's what they say...
Think for a second.....
According to my L2 33,000 shares traded today.
To start with, this is nothing essentially. 1 fairly large holder or maybe 3 or 4 individuals? A modest ammount for a low float still undiscovered stock really.
5000 shares at .75 today--that's about a $3750 purchase. Not a bad one time purchase.
20,000 at .69 That's $13,800--nice
1000 at .64---seller still there.
2,500 at .57------My purchase and I can prove it.
2,500 at .55------My purchase and I can prove it.
2,500 at .52 I didn't see it coming or I would have bought those also....darn it.
So.....on 15,000 shares on EOD trades the price depriciated about 15% from yesterdays close of .61.
Someone wanted out no matter what before they ate some turkey and dressing. Others including myself bought into that weakness.
This is a patience play on growth.
Friday morning will be interesting.
What we need here is a good stock promoter to get hold of ACLO.
I know a few and plan on contacting them and bringing up ACLO.
We'll see what happens.
Take mine at .62....please
Well thank you whoever you where.....those .55's and .57's are mine now.
Easily verifiable on Covestor by the way.
Yeah I was but I'm not so disappointed that it hurts. Still strong growth there. Real strong. Not super fantastic blow your wig off growth but I'll take it.
Still underpriced and undervalued IMHO.
I think next Q will be very strong. This was kind of a one-off IMO. Hoping to get some cheapies for the long-haul
Easy big boy ...i was expecting a sequential up qtr...from the tea leaves ,did you think so to???? maybe i didnt look hard enough
That's what I would expect to see when someone is selling and someone else is trying to get them cheap on this low float.
With the lack of intrest at this time there is no one else stepping up the bid. Seller is still there it seems.
Damn ball-less, what the heck do you expect from a .60 stock with $74 million in sales and .08 eps for nine months?
Good grief man I've seen so many piece of shittooy stocks trade at 5 times the PPS in sectors that are tanking that nothing surprises me.
Am I dissappointed with the Price per share and market reaction "so far"?
Heck yeah. But I'm not dissapointed at all in the results of this growing company. Just the price of the shares because I hold so frigging many.
"lostmyballs"-- I am on Male Hormone Replacement therapy and I love it!
I've been in this trade longer than I expected also but
be patient my friend. If you havn't sold already that is.
Even the market can not argue with continued growth for long.

ACL SEMICONDUCTORS (OTC BB: ACLO) SALES TOP $74 MILLION
ACL Semiconductors Sales Up 44 Percent in 3rd Quarter to $74 Million
-- Net Income Totals $2.4 Million; $0.08 Per Share for Nine Months --
KOWLOON, HONG KONG, Nov. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- ACL Semiconductors, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ACLO - News), one of Asia's largest distributors of memory chip products, today announced that net sales for the third quarter ended September 30, 2009, increased 44 percent to $74 million and net sales for the first nine months of 2009 increased 40 percent to $209 million, from $150 million in the same period in 2008.
The Company said increased sales occurred because of strong demands for memory products in the PRC market, particularly NAND FLASH products for the consumer electronics market. Also, ACL Semiconductors said there was a market shortage of DRAM and Graphic Ram products in the third quarter, allowing for an increase in unit price.
Gross profit increased 84 percent to $6.6 million for the first nine months of 2009 compared to $3.6 million in the same period in 2008. Gross profit for the third quarter increased to $1.75 million, up from $1.69 million in 2008.
Net income for the first nine months of 2009 totaled $2.4 million, or $0.08 per diluted share, compared to net income of $325,889, or $0.01 per diluted share, in the same period in 2008. The complete filing is available at www.sec.gov.
ACL Semiconductors distributes electronic components under the "Samsung" brand name to the Hong Kong and South China markets. The memory chips are used from everything from a mobile phone, digital camera and laptop computer to an MP3 player or Wi-Fi product.

Important things I took from the 10Q:
Net income 2,411,230(nine months 2009) compared to 325,885(nine months 2008)
Cash flows for operating activities are fantastic. 2,411,230(for the nine months 2009) compared to 325,886(for the nine months 2008)
Cash is down a bit but still 1,124,059
Long term debt only 3,145,984
I emboldened some parts here:
"Net sales for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2009 (sometimes referred to as “2009 3Q”) were 43.5% and 39.9% greater than net sales for the three and nine month periods ended September 30, 2008. The Company’s gross profit for 2009 3Q and the nine months ended September 30, 2009 increased by 3.4% and 83.6% over the gross profit for the comparable periods of the prior fiscal year. This increase in gross profit was mainly due to the strong demand in memory products in the PRC market, particularly for NAND FLASH products from the consumer electronics segment and increased prices for DRAM and Graphic RAM products arising out of a general market shortage of supplies thereof."
Eps for nine months ended is .08 compared to .01 for nine months 2008
Nope, trades very thin. Still unknown for the most part.
Not much buy support ,oh well
Im looking for thoughts on the qtr from all the board moderators..thank you
Jo and All ..Im dissappointed in the results ..Be truthfull here the qtr was just ok...
Very nice.........
Just chugging along here.
2010,2011 can only get better.
