Seems the big block on the top of level 2 is a short block of shares.

Whats up with the 400K block @.119? MMs have to clean the books before Thursday for FINRA and who would sell a block like that this close to 10K? Something is fishy end of month trading/level 2 always is this isn't the only stock I am watching that is strange this way today. Peace out.
Jeez Louise will you look at that bid stack love this damn stock strong strong strong!! Peace out
I got some not many, I like to buy my long holds on the bid and bidding this thing has been like finding hens teeth lately but I think I caught some short shares being sold this week.
Wow have not posted in a bit, been busy with other stocks etc but I always check in to see if anyone posts anything and its on my alert and under my OTC longs list on my trading platform.
Yes it is strong, and after that one onslaught of short shares thrown at it a month or so ago, that 1 1/2 million share day I must say impressed the shit out of me. A penny stock with 1 1/2 million plus shares thrown at it and it it held like a beast. It moved up and down but only in fractions was impressive for sure.
They have been active do not get me wrong, but, I think that soon will be a thing of the past people are not afraid at a sign of selling they are opening their checkbook LOL. Again I have to say thanks to management, well made choices makes content and satisfied shareholders. Not everyone wants big gains some just want solid gains over time a stock you can sleep at night and have no worries.
Short activity

I like them all my portfolio varies wildly and I cannot help myself from venturing into the sub penny jungle from time to time but its exciting and rewarding if you know which have a real opportunity to move and move big, but I would not recommend any investors such as yourselves play in that sandbox it is not for the feint at heart and takes years of messing with them to understand them and the various players to know which are the real deal runners and which are just a tick or two.
Been busy with some Big board stocks this week too, added a few to my long term sack one arrgghhh a NDAQ stock I couldn't turn down it was to cheap and will be happy when its out of the sack, I don't like volatile long term plays you have to pay to much attention to them and unfortunately that is the NDAQ.
Someone had asked about the amended 8K by SYTE and I have no thoughts one way or another, doesn't bother me. Wondering what may be the next move, and also wondering how well the funds are doing its a great market even for the conservative player which most funds such as those have to be with other peoples money.
Ok I am off will touch back base again after the 10K comes out will try and grab some more shares because as I said I think we are stepping up a penny or two bare minimum in the not to distant future. Got to go work on another one of my OTC longs which is getting ready to be a SYTE deal which I am pleased with it has been a long time coming can only handle solid long holds in OTC land.
Hopefully everyone here are DUKE fans if not I am willing to send you a case of beer and a box of Kleenex for your woes. Always go blue except Kansas I do not even consider them part of the big blue club it's DUKE and Kentucky I am mad about them both end of story.
Peace out.
Starting to trade in a tight range. Hard to get any cheapies! But at this point in the process, they could all be cheapies. Anyone snag some up recently?
IMO.. No big deal. These guys appear to be in this for the long term.
A public company must have shares to raise capital.. Yes?
January 10, 2018, approval from the holders of a majority of the outstanding shares of Common Stock of the Company to amend the Company’s Articles of Incorporation, as amended to date, to increase the authorized shares of Common Stock from Three Hundred Million (300,000,000) shares of Common Stock to Three Hundred Fifty Million (350,000,000) shares of Common Stock.
2.The articles have been amended as follows: (provide article numbers, if available)
Article Fourth is hereby amended by deleting the first paragraph of Article Fourth in its entirety and substituting the following in its place and stead:
"FOURTH. The aggregate number of shares which the corporation shall have the authority to issue is Three Hundred Fifty Million (350,000,000) shares of common stock at $.001 par value, and Thirty Million (30,000,000) shares of Serial Preferred Stock at $.001 par value."
Financials are going to be important....I think they will show a vast improvement which would warrant a higher sp....be nice in the interim to see an announcement of an acquisition
Hey Lazarus good to see you so to speak, LOL. Yeah some pennies are like that. Well mind is all cleared up from yesterday afternoon when I posted, you ever just get a serious buzz killer piles of utter nonsense from someone that no matter how up you are emotionally it just screws you all up, that was me yesterday, thus the reply today, had no want to be online to reply, went and shot a few games of pool and had a couple cocktails. Investment wise dancing on the tables the past week and then some mental BS, oh well.
We all have those wish I would have in regards to having $SYTE @.03 but at the time there was great uncertainty in the company as the previous management just had no vision and IMHO were just happy with the status quo, they were like Nero fiddling while Rome was slowly burning around them, then to see that the current management was all they said they were and if their vision and strategy was a winner. Had to make the decision with the info you had at the time cannot look back, even though we do.
I will get some work done on the info box this weekend been very busy with some big decision making plays and a long term one that I still haven't figured out, will probably let the dust settle with the interest rates deal before I make a decision on that it is actually going to work out nothing better than having cash from selling a decent position and the sky falling all around you with many choices on where to put it, just want to make the best decision and there is time no doubt the way the market will be more than likely for the next few weeks no doubt.
Well I am off to look at my plays, love this time of year I play about 10 different earnings plays and the next 2 months is the busiest time with 10K's followed 6 weeks later by 10Q's take care.
GLTA After earnings plays shake out if you see anyone sitting on the bid for 6900 shares (I buy in 69's unless its a quick buying thing) from time to time it will be me adding to my position.
Peace out.
I doubt anyone would object. Some pennies, like SYTE, that are in my IRA I dont really pay much attention to. Just look in on the occasionally to make sure everything is still on track.
Sure wish I was still holding the .003s I bought years ago. Would make for some serious bragging rights.
How goes it guys I check in first thing everyday and at the end after the close see if anythings been posted. SYTE doing what it should churning as it slowly builds for the long haul not an exciting stock but one you can go to sleep at night and have no worries.
Anyone going to the shareholders meeting? I just cannot bring myself to do so, I would have if it had been in NC like last year or anywhere really but Phoenix desert in the late spring is not my idea of a good time.
Looking forward to the financials, thinking they should look as we all think they should.
Hope everyone is having a great day and week, I was up until an hour ago was running like a thoroughbred and someone played with my mind a bit, got me all turned around in my head, oh well. I am going to relax on the back porch and maybe play with the labs, take care.
Great post....kudos
In regards to SYTE and how I can see growth (thanks scanner and KDAWGFARM) for finally waking me up, I couldn't see the forest for the trees were in the way. After my trip into the twitter sphere I (old dude 51 never tweeted) I had an eye opening experience an a wake-up call so to speak.
In my mind I was seeing what my own experience in the rental game was like not seeing what SYTE saw as their outlook and their capabilities, which is just fine and good and a sound investment strategy.
When I and a few friends got in the rental game we first stated snatching up cheap houses that needed work and we were 5 young guys wanting to get "rich" so we went at it, We worked together and all pitched in everyone had some skill-set he could pull from to pitch in and we built up our portfolio to 13 houses in 2 years, we were on top of the world, then next 5 years we had built it up to 46 homes and then the hammer dropped. The length of time it took to add to the portfolio slowed drastically. We were having to do repairs on the middle to low income homes more than work on new property's as the class of tenant we provided for were a nightmare. The took care of nothing and it was always one thing or the other. And me doing this while trying to run an Antique import export business and the others doing their own thing.
We found ourselves buying into one partners nephews new plumbing and heating business as the repairs in that aspect were through the roof as well, not due to the tenant due to the fact the systems were old and we only upgraded when it was a real need as the properties weren't worth it, we band-aided everything. But, we thought aha, we have part of a business that band-aids cheaper and we also make money on the business. We started a two van electric business for the same reason thinking aha we did it again a new business that not only makes money but we save on our repairs. Then we had a small painting crew as repainting every home was a necessity due to the tenants no matter if they were there for a year or 5, it was how they maintained the property.
We still thought we were doing great property owners/landlords and owners in three small businesses how great. Not so much, we started to see our dream of being big time landlords/property owners had evolved into a large beast that needed constant attention and there we were stuck at that time with 53 homes all needing attention at some point all the time (major attention) it was the nature of the beast.
We figured ok we will sell out the property and sell out the businesses and got into another line of work with all the proceeds, Well that was easier said than done, the properties all needed to be re-done before they could be sold as the improvements were all cosmetic short term solutions, vinyl siding, vinyl windows all needed replacement as they are plastic and it only lasts and looks good for only so long. So there we sat and a streak of luck came our way, the housing boom.
We redid every house as soon as tenants vacated in the natural manner they did, no eviction notices those places were natural turn-styles just another reality in that type of low end rental business. As we re-did them we sold them into a bustling housing market. In three years we were out licking our wounds, and enjoying the looks of our bank accounts. We all did different things with our profits and thanked god for the boom so we could bail unscathed and with a sweet profit, but, that was luck not by design.
Then came the housing crisis and the lady I was dating at the time had an idea. She was a well established real estate broker in the area (Shenandoah Valley, Virginia) there was an old monied lady that had just passed and head three homes in an old historic district that was up and coming. We talked and I was again't flipping market was to bad and going anywhere near the rental game, she explained that this would be different as you were investing in a different type of property and would deal with a different type of tenant. So we jumped in feet first, and re-did the homes as if they were for us to live in and rented them accordingly. It worked great the houses were well maintained the rent was there all the time and with turnover they were 9 times out of 10 already rented out prior to the previous tenants vacating.
And built up from there. We kept firm rules on our properties to invest in, nothing built after 1930, all had to be brick, stone or wood exterior (they last forever) nothing single story, nothing without a porch and all had to have a decent yard. People are proud of their yards even when renting when it comes to that type of tenant. Now we have thirteen rentals in the $2500 a month rental range, except two storefronts with apartments upstairs in the historic shopping district (we get 4800 each for those) and our property value rises year after year, nothing worse than re-doing a property and ten years later needing to throw 20K at it and you have not even made the original re-do $$ back after taxes, mortgage, insurance, repairs and simply put those types of homes do not increase in value as the area they are in and the types of homes they are to start with.
Is there money to be made in the low-end rental game sure, but is it worth it or prudent when you have access to capital, not in my experience. Why buy broken down houses with little value and run around fixing them in broken down old trucks (ambulances) with broken down tools, You only have to rob from Peter to pay Paul and do it the hard way when it is necessary and you have no real capital or access to it. It foolish in the end, but, that's just my life experience. You never have to put up a sign to keep panhandlers away if your not in an area that panhandlers and bums congregate. That's when the light-bulb switches on and one should think, maybe there is a better way.
Holding SYTE and gonna go have a look see for myself just what I think for me, This stock is a double this year and should do so next, which in this stock market is extremely!!! good. No hype or pr's needed it will get there on its own merits, two to three years out that's when one would be prudent and re-look the situations.
Have a great trading day, peace out.
Let SYTE do its own thing, its that type of company and stock, its growth stock nothing exciting just an investment.
A fellow trader came up with these and they pertain exactly to your question about SYTE.
Ninety-nine percent of all promotions
are created because someone has stock to sell.
Ninety-nine percent of all press releases
are created because someone has stock to sell.
Big budget promotions means big share dumps.
And one of mine which pertains exactly to promotions and stock pricing, it may take some a minute to get it but in many life decisions it holds true just as it does with SYTE and its pps.
When my nephews say they want to become rich like Uncle Rick I tell them I am not rich I am wealthy.
I tell them its easy to become rich and its difficult to stay rich.
Its much harder for one to become wealthy and far easier for one to stay wealthy, I prefer the latter. Let SYTE do its thing and it will become wealthy and staying that way will be easier.
Let it grow naturally. Pump and dump IR firms are great if you have a dud. This ain't a dud.
Should this company hire a ir firm to get the word out ?.......I think the should ,what say everyone else?
I was only pointing out that there was no short action on the stock yesterday as opposed to the heavy action on it previous days.
Short volume is intraday short volume selling/covering. The short volume/action as opposed to shareholders buying and selling.
Short equity interest is the amount stock that is still open at the end of the trading day.
Its not rocket science.
Just another indication of interest in this stock.....when shorts cover sometimes it can get pretty explosive
Short "Volume"s meaningless intra-day MM order processing volume...
Short "Interest"s more meaningful, showing borrowed shares needing to be bought back.

I think it is better I leave my thoughts to myself in the future I am a different investor than the majority here and do not want my posts to influence anyone one way or another, I will be here watching just not posting. Peace out.
Keeping this a long time, we have no wish nor need to sell by years end. Not thinking the numbers will look that good near term just a continuation of good things. Sooner it hits the .25 range sooner a few friends are going to throw in, until then we just talk about it playing golf.
My outlook on share price are jut that my thoughts alone, and not a wish of any kind just know there are only so many shares and will leave it at that, we will see. As I said I could care less really as long as it progresses.
I am by no means whom anyone thinks I am but who is who you think they are on a message board. Peace out and thanks my friend good investing to you.
BTW the reason for trip to Kentucky is to have a look for myself and my golf buddies in what we think of the properties, I have 1/2 of thirteen rentals myself and there is investing in rentals then there is investing in rentals. I will see and make my mind up accordingly, all I will keep to myself as it is for myself and my friends own minds, I have seen one property (today) actually on twitter and have mixed feelings.
It may well be different than what I am thinking but it can wait til I we take a trip and see what we feel the potential other than that anything I am posting about share prices is just musing on my part. Gotta get at the market, take care. Bell is about to ring, dead cats shall be bouncing.
I agree with you that this is a company that you invest in for the long term, the current CEO is a great investor himself and he is investing in great people also. I will say that I don't expect the financials to look as great in the near term as your are thinking. The real estate transactions are going to be showing up and I don't think we will see the real value in it until all the one-time expenses have gone through. As far as achieving .75/ share or $1/ share by year-end...that won't happen. Hopefully that wasn't a selling point for your family. If the stock hits .20 to .25 by the end of the year, I would be extremely pleased.
Phoenix Arizona, no thanks. Will schedule a trip to Kentucky instead at some point in the near future to have a look around. Peace out.
I personally could care less where the stock price is, its a normal trading stock for its industry which is fine with me. It will rise and appreciate with hard evidence via 10K's 10Q's etc IMHO.
Been trading stock online since 1998 and TD Waterhouse was my broker and for OTC land this is one of the most rational trading stocks I have come across.
Was worried when I saw it on the short email (I subscribe to them so I can get my dead cats in my sights before they are dead so to speak) list but it held as it should have, my group only got 90K shares. These types of companies have a different class of investor, not the hand ringing types that need new every other week and a tick every second.
The spread is what one would expect for a stock that has the action this one does. MM's use the wide spread to make better money trading it. I personally never buy at the ask nor do I sell at the bid with stocks with these types of spreads.
To be entirely truthful myself and the group (family and friends) I have that are in this were hoping for a slow decline to the .10 levels a month ago but, that didn't happen. So we will just have to add to our positions accordingly on any signs of even the slightest weakness as with Friday when the shorts came after it.
If the 10K is as expected I personally think the stock is going to move to the .14-.15 trading range and after that with the 10Q if as expected it will be on to the .20 to .25 range, the big test IMO will be the second quarter 10Q that for myself will tell the tale how the new subsidiary is working out and will hopefully give guidance to it going forward.
I look at this long term I play dead cat bounces all week and invest quarterly in 6 or 7 other companies on a regular basis playing the rises and falls taking profits as I go. I almost never post on those boards and for the most part no one else does either really, different companies they do not have those types of investors.
This is a different animal, its rising nice and steady no need for me to play it, I only pay such extreme attention to it because my friends and family discuss it quite a bit. Personally I must admit most of my group feels .75 by years end I am really the only one that thinks it could hit a dollar, its all depends on that new subsidiary and the others growing as they have in the past.
Well that's enough of my useless and more than likely unwanted opinion, but, figured I would share. Peace out.
Does not look like there were too many people buying at the ask, hopefulll that it changes this week.....looks as if the backers of t his stock believe t he sp should be higher...anyone live where these air conditioning companies operate and if they do could check them out to see how their business is.....
Well that was one heck of a day here are the numbers
20180216|SYTE|2432058|0|3536490|O
almost 2.5 million in short volume and this thing did not even wince, I think your right scanner, I always felt so after watching it for those months, but, that's impressive to say the least. As I shake my head, never felt this comfortable in an OTC stock before, just hope it/they (Comp & Mgt) keeps doing what they are doing because it is working.
Most stocks would have had a panic attack sell off. Strong here indeed the truth will be in the pudding with how the new subsidiary formed with the property holdings goes. 1st Quarter will be telling the 2nd will really tell the tale.
Nice slow steady rise from here would be perfect and healthy for this thing. Peace out.
3.5 mil traded today which would be near all time for one day... this stock/company is totally different since jeff Moore and his group got involved so comparisons to previous mgt imho would not be approximate.....with an improving American economy and taking the right business decisions this company seems to have taken, you may have a winner on your hands....
I am dying to see the short volume numbers, but I cannot believe that was all short sellers, not that much volume unless a large group jumped on it. Strange to say the least that I cannot explain, will walk the dog and check the numbers will post what I find. Maybe a few MM to MM trades thrown in, befaggled? Peace out.
Its short sellers not dumping. SYTE isn't dumping anything IMHO they had cash enough to give whatever cash was in the deal.
We will see the numbers after the close, I will post them for everyone. My group got a few today. Peace out
Doubt too many weak hands are leaving. But we're getting some strong buying! I'm assuming they're dumping all the new shares to finance the deal with Jeff
Short volume Starting February 1 first number are shares shorted second number is the volume that day.

Almost all volume was short sellers, that’s when I first found this stock and started watching it, reading the board, reading filings back from years before and did some investigating by myself. Liked what I saw watched more made sure what they said was in their letters to shareholder was pretty much dead on and I was hooked. Got in after the summer, and got in some friends and family over the holidays.
Stocks like these are usually shorts bread and butter, I don’t blame them they help make the market, everyone has to eat. But they need IMHO to take this puppy off the list as I honestly in my heart think this thing is firing on all cylinders. Syte has friends out here now won't let it get picked on LOL just kidding. Peace out
Heavy shorting the past three days, SYTE was on a short mailer list, will post numbers this afternoon. This used to be a goody for them not anymore, different company different holders IMHO.
Almost two million shares traded and sp steady......weak hands leaving and strong ones entering hopefully....
I agree with you, I am just really looking forward to meeting them both at the shareholders meeting, like to look a man in the eye when I speak with them.
I am wanting to find a list of the properties and Google Earth them. That's a lot of scratch Jeff got but it was a very large holding and from what I can gather its a limited and robust market in Lexington.
Beats the HE double hockey sticks out of where Sytestar originally went into the property business, backwater for lack of a better term.
I am a believer until someone gives me a reason not to, from all I can gather they are men of their word and take this entire thing serious as a heart attack, as long as they keep following through, we shall see. Take care.
jeff got 15 mil plus shares at a deemed price of a dime for the property...good deal for everyone?....the 10k will give one a pretty good idea if they are real...
Nice to see the stock held up today to the shorting pressure put on it. Days of old like in in June last are over IMHO. Higher we go the less it will be so, not worth it anymore with the company firing on all cylinders, risk/reward isn't there anymore. Take care.
New filing today Form 4 (just above under quote box on main page) having to do with the Kentucky property and new company set up and wholly owned by Sytestar. Guess this makes it officially a go ahead with that deal.
Looks to be a very good thing, Lexington is an excellent place to own property/homes the market has always seemed rather robust from what I have been able to find researching it.
Anyone else have any opinions/knowledge/ideas as to how all of this will be for Sytestar?
Peace out.
8K released after the close yesterday look under the quote box on the main page, I will get this board sorted during the long weekend ahead.
Company keeps executing as they said they would, the Willow Oak Asset Management, LLC subsidiary seems to be doing well.
The future is bright my fellow investors, these boys operate like a professional group of corporate officers should. Onward and upward, IMHO the 10K in six weeks will be just as sweet forward momentum no looking back to the mismanagement days before they took hold of this company.
Glad to see you come back, if it weren't for the new management that took over a couple years ago I think this would have been a done deal. Instead its a growing striving business just what I never thought the OTC market had, but, these fellow proved me wrong.
scanner the top of the page says followed by 53 or 62 I am unsure which and our strong share price surely shows we are followed by someone no doubt, lol.
I don't really post on the boards which I am invested in but, this one I would like to start posting more often. I was thinking if everyone would not mind becoming a moderator on the board and posting relevant info so interested people would have everything at their fingertips.
I would not make it an endless monotony of rubbish just a few short lines and links to relevant info so that people would be able to easily find what they need when looking into Sitestar. I will do it sometime next week if no one has any objection.
GLT all have a great day.
Eric
I thought I was brilliant when I bot this stock at .003 years ago and was selling shares at .025. I looked at it recently and decided to buy back in.
I'm one of those who frequently holds LT so regret not holding this longer.
There use to be a lot of people who followed this company......are they still out there? And what are your thoughts?
That was already taken care of, appraisers, bank officials and three different sets of attorneys one in house and out for us and sellers own attorneys a loy of DD went into this, Jeff took a huge gamble on Sitestar as well, he built his holdings from scratch his sweat and tears. But being an investor in the company since '11 he knew enough to entertain the notion of the deal.
Read the letter from Jeff first then the letter from Steve then read the SEC paperwork these cats are a different breed the didn't set out to take this thing over it just happened slowly overtime because of who they are, their make-up backgrounds and phiilosohy.
Shit I am in this thing for the longest of hauls which I can honestly say I have never, ever. even entertained that way of thinking on any OTC stock in my life. Play them yes, invest like for 10+ years from now never, until I found this thing, I consider it my OTC Berkshire Hathaway a diamond in the rough. But, thats just me, do your own digging and DD if you didn't you would be foolish. I am actually going to a shareholders meeting this year another first, this is the first OTC stock that I ever gave a damn about enough to do. Peace out.
Next financials seem pretty important as to the direction the company is going.....for a otcb company they seem a cut better than the herd imho.
