The accusations against the owners were absurd. Actually, they were comical. IMO they read like a smear campaign and REEK of a personal agenda.

The properties are real. The business is real. The only issue I have is whether the gold is actually worth 500M. My guess is that it's worth less than that, but that there is value in it.

The news about upgrading their trading post is also real, and we're expecting to hear more news about how they're developing their business very soon.

EFLN is a scam. Anyone "investing" in it is just flushing their money down the toilet.

It certainly would be nice if the DOJ were to bring charges against the Stefanovics to go with their existing SEC fraud charges.

These fools are not mining anything. They haven't even uploaded anything to the OTCM in over three years. The SEC absolutely did charge then with fraud, and the litigation is ongoing.

Aside from the laughable decrepit trading post, which does have some retail sales, this company has nothing. They know nothing of mining, think bitcoin is a physical coin, and have horrible grammar and can't even spell correctly.

The Stefanovics practicing fraud, and getting caught by the SEC might be called a mistake. They should've stuck with their one store trading post. Then again creating a fraud around imaginary gold was more exciting.

The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged penny stock issuer Efuel EFN Corp., its CEO, Ljubica Stefanovic, and its CFO, Slavoljub Stefanovic, for fraudulently misrepresenting that the company owned California gold mine interests worth $500 million.

As in the Stefanovics disappearing.

The Stefanovics leased the land for a few $K per month, and instantly claimed they had $500M in assets. The claim based on some fly by night geologist saying so years ago. To hell with following Guide 7 standards! Surely the SEC won't notice - but they did. Along with the tug that it was part of the 1849 panning in creeks gold rush. The lessor even had a pleasant photo of a California creek on their website.

After the Stefanovics meet their end, and are run out of the market by the SEC, EFLN will be the classic Zombie stock. As if it already isn't. A stock with no management. No one to issue PR pumps. Neither can it be used as a shell. As long as there are a couple of trades per yr, it can continue to be traded as a Zombie stock. indefinitely.
