After watching an epidsode of TV show, 'American Greed", I began reminiscing about J.R. Budke and decided to google him. Not at all surprised that he got in trouble with law regarding penny stocks. He scammed me and a friend out of a few thousand $ in Denver in the mid-1980's, where his co. was the likely the market maker. Talked a good game, real smooth, but altogether a real con artist. We referred to him as J.R. B*** F***! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this (at the time) cowboy hat wearing con artist!!!
You think you got burned here by " the scumbags"? That handle, "the scumbags" is rightfully laid on the "ultimate DD" prepetrators, for months on the GTGP board. My guess is that scumbag will long be remembered..selling into others trustfully buying..careful whom is regaled , she will be ' ULTIMATELY rejected! time will allow for any and all to view the consequences of being led blindly to the slaughter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 sentence summary. (1) at the height of the " hold for the end game 1.29 turned into a grey sheet stock trading 6,000 shares at .04 today (2) expectations that the Acquisation of MSE would lead GTGP and the MBS technology to the forefront of the future remediations of both cement plants and mercury/soil eradication(non to date) and possibly NNE ever and (3) the realization that it will be years away before revenue's are generated and GTGP/MBS is probably a insignificant recipient of any contract awards...yet " mark this post" continues to be the battlecry of of the "ultimate DD providers...very exciting times indeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for posting this.
Melissa Rice and Charles Hansen and the rest of the scumbags are at it again.
Just thought I'd drop a note for everyone who got burned here that we weren't the only ones.
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2012/2012-82.htm
Melissa Rice agreed to disgorgement of $422,445, prejudgment interest of $39,239.18, and a penalty of $60,000 as well as a five-year penny stock bar and three-year prohibition from providing professional legal services connected to the offer or sale of securities.
The SEC further alleges that Charles Hansen III of Lighthouse Point, Fla., succeeded Halperin as HydroGenetics CEO in April 2009 and signed five corporate resolutions authorizing HydroGenetics to illegally issue stock that Rice then used along with her opinion letter to facilitate the scheme.
According to the SEC's other complaint filed in Miami, Sepe and Halperin schemed with Miami-based attorney Melissa Rice and others to illegally issue and liquidate 90 million unregistered shares of HydroGenetics from April 2008 until at least June 2009. Sepe headed a group that purchased convertible debt of a South Florida publicly-held company. He then formed HydroGenetics and parsed out portions of the convertible debt to friends, family, and others who converted the debt to stock that they then sold publicly. Sepe sold HydroGenetics stock without any exemption from registration the securities with the SEC. Halperin was the HydroGenetics CEO and a director. He executed corporate resolutions to help issue millions of shares of HydroGenetics stock, including 11 million shares to his daughter who he told to sell it and funnel a portion of the illegal proceeds back to him. Rice assisted Sepe in converting convertible debt to unrestricted HydroGenetics shares, and wrote four opinion letters improperly opining that the Rule 144 safe harbor was applicable and the debt could be converted to unrestricted HydroGenetics shares. Rice also sold her shares of HydroGenetics stock.
/bump to the top to remind people not to buy into this scam ride.

Candlestick Analysis
Today’s Candlestick Patterns:
White Closing Marubozu
Bullish Harami
Today a White Closing Marubozu was formed. This shows that the day opened and then prices went lower slightly, however it was followed by a rally that drove the prices over the opening price and the rally continued all day ending with a closing price equal to the high of the day.
For more about this candlestick click here.
The last two candlesticks formed a Bullish Harami Pattern . This is a bullish reversal pattern that marks a potential change in trend. However, its reliability is low and it definitely requires confirmation.
A bullish pattern has developed and a BUY-IF alert is issued today. The task is now to confirm the validity of this bullish pattern. We will guide you through this process but the prime star of this game is nobody but you. First you must do your homework. A good starting point may be to keep an eye on after-hours and futures trading to get preliminary hints about the direction of the market. Related news, events, economic data, and the world stock markets should also be closely followed prior to confirmation session.
There are three possible cases of confirmation. You have to follow the next session carefully to check if these cases will hold or not:
The market opens with an upward gap, signaling a bullish sentiment in the first case. Your benchmark will be the opening price. If the prices stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick with an upward gap is a valid confirmation criterion.
In the second case, the market opens at a level, equal to or below the previous day’s close. The benchmark is that closing price. If prices during the session stay over the benchmark, go long. Any white candlestick closing above the previous day’s close is the second confirmation criterion.
If, however, in both cases, the prices during the session start coming below the benchmark, avoid buying. Sell if you feel a definite tendency in prices to close the day below the benchmark.
The third case of confirmation is rarely observed. The market opens with a big downward gap suggesting a very bearish day, and the day ends with a long white candlestick, but still closing below the previous day’s close. However, such a day satisfies the third confirmation criterion and in this case the closing price of the long white candlestick will be taken as the price of confirmation.
If one of the three confirmation criteria is not fulfilled, or in case of a black candlestick or a doji on the confirmation day, the BUY-IF alert remains valid, however without confirmation and the three confirmation criteria are then sought in the following day. The only exception is the long black candlestick. Any long black candlestick following a BUY-IF alert makes it (the signal) void and invalid.
We do not suggest any new short positions given the bullish alert. The short sellers should consider covering their positions if the market confirms the BUY-IF signal. Otherwise, existing short positions should be carried.

I am shocked that that could happen here in the turd sector.
I think the company played a joke on the MM's forcing them to buy when the surge took place, cause at this point it looks as if the MM's are trying to get out and cant, due to no volume anymore, just my opinion, the volume decreased a lot, from over $ MIL then 800 K then 200 K, and i dont think today will even break 50 K !
Not many shares left on entire ask side.
Agreed, unless they want more at a lower price.
If you want to sell, you have to sell very low, if you want to buy, you have to buy very high, and they would only buy 5000 at a time, before the bid goes lower, as far as trapping is concerned, they are masters at that, what i dont understand is, why would they purchase over 4 MIL shares at high prices such as 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, if for the last 2 days, they would not let the stock get past 4 ? They are losing too !
Who knows, it looks like only MM's are playing this stock for now !
APS -we can only dream
yah out of all the tickers ive been watching this is the one that makes you go hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......aps
No massive selloff, I'm holding.
interesting price surge there - now huge spread - maybe the start of something? Don't know WHAT to make of this one., LOL
They are waiting waY below in the basement saying.. Jump i got you ! The fall is to big though, they're gonna have to buy me out !
MMs getting nervous eod and they want shares, trying for major shake.
That's my guess, I will be holding and adding on major dips. No one seems super anxious to sell.
No more bid support. Whoever bought those shares yesterday pretty much bought up the float. Nothing more to buy. So, someone now has control of the company, but for what reason? RM?
No, still showing bid/ask
Is it halted already?
Imo, we will see a halted pending news in the near future, and this will reopen much, much higher.
Same here, it's manipulation, the stock closed yesterday at .099 and opened at .07, droped to .02 and just as fast went back to .063, shaking everybody out for the next run, they dont want everybody to make money, the bids come from MM's, watch the 5000 only and keep the gap big, scared hands you could see them 22k 33k 40k at the ask price, the MM's have patience, a regular Joe is scared !
I'm still showing last trade at .05, but volume just decreased by 1000 shares?
UBSS has nothing on ask side either.
SUNR on bid too! Always a good sign! Game on!
Nothing but MM's on the bid waiting for a few lost souls to get out completly !

2009 Letter from CEO Melissa K. Rice (as appearing on DRGZ website):
http://www.dynamicresponsegroup.com
DRG is driven by the concept of Problem-Solution. Simply put, the majority of our products solve problems that arise in people’s lives.
I joined the team of this vibrant company in 2007, and it’s been an amazing journey. It’s an empowering thing to offer products that that people want…and need. Our products remain incredibly popular, leading to a nearly 65% increase in gross revenue in 2007, and a nearly 100% increase in 2008.
Now, in the middle of 2009, we are thrilled that our top-selling product, Riddex Plus, has surpassed the $40 million sales milestone, and the rest of the summer looks to bring continued demand. This amazing product gets rid of mice, rats, and roaches without the use of chemicals – which solves a big problem for consumers who want to rid themselves of pests yet keep their homes chemical-free.
In any climate, $40 million in sales is significant, let alone it happening in these difficult economic times, and I think it speaks volumes in terms of DRG having its finger on the pulse of what consumers are looking for.
We credit our success on the power of the products themselves, combined with aggressive campaigns that include – but are not limited to – national television ads and Internet marketing initiatives.
Our rapid growth comes from our plan of focusing on our core business of current product offerings, while continuing to actively seek the next innovative products to add to our successful collection. This has allowed us to consistently increase business and return value to our shareholders.
DRG’s continued growth and success is dependent on our ability to anticipate and satisfy our consumers’ needs and desires. To do that, we are constantly seeking out innovative consumer products to test, followed by securing the deals that ensure these products can be brought to market profitably.
We believe in vertically integrating all aspects of the process, including product development, sourcing, marketing, delivery, retail and customer service. Our success with this effort put us in the unique position not only to respond to consumer demand, but to also be a force that drives such demand.
Personally, I attribute our documented success to the talents of our employees, all of whom are experienced professionals in their individual areas, and to the fact that everyone at DRG adheres to our core principles.
Every day brings the opportunity to discover the next best-selling product, and we look forward to continuing to connect these products with the consumers whose lives are enhanced by them.
