The problem in taking a public office role is that persons will always be subject to criticism. However, it 2022 and all facts have been well understood by parliamentarians and policymakers. Today the government realizes that should they have implemented all the programs designed the country would have been far ahead in global comparison.

Just imagine Kids having high-speed internet access in rural Sri Lanka and being able to access educational content on a tab? Should there be a digital identity and full fledge subsidy system could have been implemented.

It's sad that many do not want such systems to be implemented as the corruption will be highlighted. Hope the future will be much better with the IMF and World Bank involment.
