They raised over 5 Million dollars by selling only equity. No debt.

-On August 14, 2023, the Registrant had 202,308,728 shares of common stock outstanding.

-The number of shares outstanding of the registrant’s Common Stock as of May 20, 2024 was 495,454,546 shares.

They didn't even have enough authorized to do such..yet they still pulled that off. That's not easy. When the S-1 goes into EFFECT...all those warrants and options can be purchased and the money below the strike goes to the Company. When they need a large raise...it will be after the consolidation and/or after share appreciation. Using what you "only" need is always prudent.

lol...I was just thinking about that yesterday. I don't see how they can target a $10 to nasdaq at this price. There will be nothing left in shares to do that I don't know now. They are set though..which is great. Using that range was very important. I think we need to focus on the cash at hand and watch it shrink come next quarterly filing to know when the trigger is getting pulled. They have less than $2.5 million left and getting closer to reveal every day.

I keep going back to fully diluted after consolidation....I mean...3 billion fully diluted currently would result in 3 million fully diluted after consolidation by 1000. That can't happen..and if they did another raise(given)...and tripled the fully diluted..lol...what's that 9 million fully diluted outstanding? Again...no way.

Everything hinges on just a couple of things..and it's crazy.

!let's just look at the lowest cost(strike price) via current investor which is at .0035? give or take a click(Orin et al). That number is a given base line as well.
