The June 30th date is only a deadline set by OTCM so they have time to do their updates before the September deadline. It has no affect on the tradability of the stock. OTCM is not a regulator. All OTCs will still trade as normal up until the September deadline.

Yes I’m awaiting this call to hear the clarification. I don’t see them writing off these companies that are going to file after 6/30 as they are working on going current. There has to be a mechanism in place for these companies working on their filings and starting a new. We will see.

The new rule brings up a lot of questions. I think I did write "start the process by June 30th". (That is my understanding and assumption at this time). I never stated finished by then. Again, just my understanding. I don't see how they can possibly go through all these filings by the end of June. So, again assumption is the process must at least be started.

This isn’t true entirely. They just can not guarantee they will be able to get to all the filings if not started by June 30th. They have a call set next week to address many of these questions investors have regarding the new rule.

Because OTC is trying to clean up trash out of their trading. If company's don't at least start the process (attorney letter, etc) by 30 June 2021, they will be delinquent, defunct, pump n dump on nothing etc, etc. Most of the trading platforms (TDAmeritrade, Etrade, Schwab, etc), won't even allow you to place orders on stocks that aren't compliant. Therefore, a lot less buyers, even if news comes, hence the people owning the shares will be the bagholders of those trash (non-compliant) company's. Hope this semi answers your question.
