Name Change Filing to EV Electra LTD

On October 18, 2023, DrazCanna, Inc. filed with FINRA an application to change its name to EV Electra LTD in preparation for the reverse merger as well as to better reflect its business model within the electric vehicle industry going forward. The company's filing also includes a request for a new ticker symbol.

It may or may not end up being a "scam" but at least try and get some basic facts correct bc it weakens your case when you don't even know that this company has nothing to do with Syria. Their building does exist in LEBANON, as I've already posted the Google maps satellite and street view images. The company has also posted videos of the cars stored inside this same building, which you can verify for yourself. So we know that the building exists and model cars exist. Everything else is speculation.
