Lifegear ....I haven't done any DD on Divine since I sold out a long time ago , but I will take an educated guess that Divine is in Chapter 7 liquidation BK inthat Chapter 11 re-org wouldn't be permitted to drag on for approximately 7 years .

Big Money backers lost a ton of money , so if there ever is any cash left over it would be them that would get a few crumbs . The common would likely get zippidy-do-dah nothing , IMO .

In reference to your next post I do re-call that Divine's specialty was patented Intellectual Property that the company was trying to licence to other Industry Leaders .

Divine was a flash in the pan dot com bust within a year ( or so ) of inception and IPO .

It gave me shivers of dread walking down memory lane of years 2000 to 2002 . It took the next 3 years for me to recover my vaporized money ....but at least I am much smarter now , LOL .

I'm trying to find facts about a 363 Sale that happened with this, some 363 sale includes the old equity -- this one has over a billion $ in NOLs based on last 10Q filed

I had thought that Divine had passed away to the stock market cemetary . I remember buying this stock when it was around $10.00 7 or 8 years ago and got out when it floundered . Major whew !!

I remember that the company had strong backers in Chicago but the melt down in year 2000 took its toll .

Now I could buy it for .001-ish ....if I wanted to .

Hasn't DVIN been in bankruptcy for over 7 or 8 years ? ( just not sure ....foggy memory )
