Haven't read the whole thing, but so far:

Delisting of our Common Stock

On November 6, 2018, we received notice from the NYSE informing us that the NYSE was commencing proceedings to delist our common stock and warrants from the NYSE and trading of such securities had been suspended as a result of our failure to maintain an average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30-day trading period of at least $15.0 million. Effective November 7, 2018, our common stock and warrants commenced trading in the OTC Pink marketplace. Effective February 12, 2019, our common stock symbol was changed to DHCPQ due to the filing of the DHCP Bankruptcy Petitions. As discussed further below, we anticipate that on the effective date of the DHCP Reorganization Transaction, our common stock and warrants will be extinguished. There may not be a public market for our common stock and warrants.

I bought 10 cents pre BK and sold. Was hoping for a recovery plan for stockholders like last BK a year ago.

But I have no problem flipping a trade.

The RSA presently contemplates the following treatment for certain key classes of creditors under the Reorganization Transaction:
• DIP Warehouse Facility Claims. On the Effective Date, the holders of DIP Warehouse Facility Claims will be paid in full in cash;
• Term Loan Claims. On the Effective Date, the holders of Term Loan Claims will receive their pro rata share of new term loans under an
amended and restated credit facility agreement in the aggregate principal amount of $400 million, and 100% of the Company’s new
common stock, which will be privately held;
• Second Lien Notes Claims. On the Effective Date, the holders of the Company’s 9.00% Second Lien Senior Subordinated PIK Toggle Notes
due 2024 (“Senior Notes”) will not receive any distribution;
• Go-Forward Trade Claims. On the Effective Date, holders of all Go-Forward Trade Claims (i.e., trade creditors identified by the Company
(with the consent of the Requisite Term Lenders (as defined in the RSA)) as being integral to and necessary for the ongoing operations of
New Ditech) will receive a distribution in cash in an amount equaling a certain percentage of their claim, subject to an aggregate cap; and
• Existing Equity Interests. On the Effective Date, holders of the Company’s existing equity will have their claims extinguished.

Unlike the first bankruptcy , Ditech included Subsidiaries Ditech Financial LLC and Reverse Mortgage solutions in this restructuring filing. Yes , the have had solid net income but Ditech as a whole is in a boatload of debt that it can’t escape. Further complicating matters is growth in the mortgage industry has slowed making the outlook look somewhat worse.

I don’t have a dog in this fight. If you do , i wish you the best of luck. My thoughts are this bankruptcy won’t go as well as the previous for Ditech. Looks like some are already lining up to purchase assets.

Nobody wanted the company as a whole with all that debt , but they certainly will load up on assets debt free or close to debt free ~

It was in one of the dockets... I'm not sure if that meeting moved up to Feb 26 or if that meeting is about something else entirely.

You might be right. I only know it is at least a billion and they make about a quarter million each quarter. I think the second quarter they made 500+ million.
