Im spread thin now but these prices are really good. if I can get some extra cash I might pick up some.
nasty bidwhackers...I'm ready to buy more
Daily RSI14 at 1, another downtick and this goes to zero! Never seen something like that.
So there was the 8k in Nov 06, then the REG in May. So thats about time now for something. Every 6 months or so there is something. Due now JEKO..... Who knows maybe these Chinese guys have tons of stuff they have to do first. FDVE had fireworks going off with their new symbol on their website for months on end and nothing. So maybe they are just taking their time.....
Jeko International Inc is now registered in Delaware and also that SEC filing on May'07
maybe the next step is the name change

This was MA's shell right? Cant remember but I think he usually does that stuff. Cleans it up for state wise but leaves it semi dirty otherwise. Not sure but it think in order for them to get trading right or reporting I think there are other i dotting and t crossing to be done. Im just speaking from exp from some of these shells. Same thing happened to that MA chinese shell and it went grey afterwards. I know what you mean. I think it should be done too and have had DTEK on my watchlist longer than any other shell but something aint right. Maybe that old dude got sick or something. Not sure but man its been a looong time. Anyone ever call Jeko?
But the new company did a private placement some months ago, so the merger should have gone through.
Im thinking they might have lost records of shareholders; the T/A doesnt want to give out the info; or something like that. I hear some of these lawyers have problems with T/A's and they cant get info out of some of them. Sometimes they move the Co to DE b/c I hear they put more muscle to the T/A's to get the info. Depends I guess but thats just my hypothesis.
Do you think the original shareholders are trying to take control of the company?
Didnt want to say this a few months ago but since its down already I will take a shot. Me thinks that DTEK is a little dirty. Like chevy told me before. MA and some others, they dont always clean the shell and it could have some T/A problems or something. Thats why the hold up and everything has been so long. I know shells are crap now anyways but I just have the feeling something aint right here. This would have been done a while back if everything was squeeky clean.imo
Oh yes, that's the same of last may. I'd like to read that document.
What's a REGDEX? Where did you read this?
this is frustrating =( ...meanwhile Jeko International Inc has already filed a REGDEX
RSI14 felt to 3.77, I've never seen such a low value.
The float is really tiny, as soon as the company will finally talk about what they are doing this may turn up big time.
This shell was bought at 0.002 a share, I doubt the pps will go lower than that.
Jeko International Inc is showing under Delaware SOS
I think we are at 1 year today aren't we?
I wonder what kind of prices the private placement had? Do they usually pay a premium over the current share price? Or for that matter has anyone ever found out what these guys end up paying?
I am long and strong here lifegear. I believe this will pan out eventually..It takes 6 months to 3 years for these shells to pan out...Most will sell at 6 months..
before Jeko purchased 92m shares, there were only 8m o/s and I'm speculating that previous insiders were holding most of the 8m so that leaves a small fraction for outsiders
Private placement are a lot common on pennyland for relatively big investors (every reporting penny I have held did private placements in the past according to their balance sheets).
Thanks for the reply,
So what I am trying to understand is what is in it for an investor.
By going through a private placement an investor can realistically get a much better share price for say $50,000 than what they might be able to do on the open market.
Which leads to the obvious question of how much we might be worth, when we finally get some confirmation of this reverse merger.
How common are these private placements? The research I've done only states that they are reserved for "sophisticated" investors. Which I could read into meaning those who have soem $$$. Probably not typical of a stock that is going to be trading for pennies?
Hopefully this is a sign that we may be headed to triple digits and heading out of penny land sometime in the near future? Who knows?
For an experiment try buying 2K$ worth of shares at the ask and you'll see the price going to 0.02.
Usually when you privately place your shares you do so for a lot more than a couple thousand bucks. Try buying 50K bucks equivalent of shares on the open market, or 100K bucks equivalent of shares on the open market, and you'll see the price skyrocket to dime land.
I'm not sure I follow. I've been filled immediately every time I've added, anywhere between .012 and .016 over the past year. Now I realize there are only so many shares out there, but how do you know the price would be any higher if more shares were bought?
It just doesn't seem as if there is a great demand right now. Hence the theory that someone could buy a boatload cheaply if they wanted to.
Keep in mind I have no idea how many shares are actually available. (Hopefully not many) As I recall we have a pretty tight float at somewhere around 8 million.
No, they cannot get al they want for a penny a share on the open market.
With just a thousand bucks of buys they would have to pay at least 2 cents a share, and with an hundred thousands they may finish to pay much, much more.
yes a private placement increases the outstanding shares, but the authorized cannot be raised unless voted on by the board and shareholders
no increase in authorized so far per nv sos
Does a private placement increase the OS?
Not too familiar with the process, I'm assuming it is a fund raising mechanism for the company?
Makes you wonder what price these investors paid for their shares, especially when they can get all they want for a penny a share right now.
Any insight into what this means would be helpful.
It would have been nice to see more details about the placement... for example what price investors were willing to pay so that we could have an idea of what we can expect from our stock.
type in jeko international inc http://knobias.10kwizard.com/cnn.php
Can you post some data? I have no access to knobias. Thanks.
No I didn't. Where did you found this? Thanks.
did anyone else see the private placement in May?
someone has been accumulating at bid lately
No one from the company ever said that there was an affiliation with the China company, so I don't see the scam.
is the .014 ask finally gone? at least that's what the delayed level II is showing
I noticed your profile was created today; why the question on Jeko affiliation when the ibox doesn't even mention them anymore?
I updated the ibox too
I have no idea who this company is that is saying they are Jeko from China, but I can assure you that whoever registered this Delaware company is not affiliated with Jeko Industries from Mainland China.
They appear to have taken information from the website and used it to establish this company.
The owner of Jeko is Mr. Deng and I assure you he has never applied or registered Jeko in any part of the USA.
I think there is a scam of some sort going on with this so called stock purchase of Display Technology.
good start, maybe they're ready to release news
nothing =( did anyone else confirm display-technologies.com is not the same company even though the history of that company showed affiliation with the original DTEK?
No reply from Rasche? Did you get any?
