When Chapter 7 is in place, DGTW will get a "Q" at the end of the ticker, may get a small bump before it liquidates, then likely be de-listed (100% loss to all shareholders.)

Why 100% loss to shareholders, with no protection? Because the common shareholders ARE the owners, the ones who voted and approved filing for bankruptcy, even if insiders has the majority, it's everyone's choice by the vote.

Shareholders are no longer liable for company debt, they trade their shares, which get eliminated, in exchange for company debt forgiveness. It's the price of being a shareholder, you really are an owner. Hope this helps.

Just took another look today, and now everything has been removed all the way back to 9/8/2020. Can someone explain why that would be so today?

Nope, the buying is simply some bottom feeders thinking that between now and the closing of the proceedings they'll be able to fabricate up a nice fairy tale and sell those $0.0002's for $0.0007 a few times. It'll all be completely false, since the company is now being shut down for good, but they'll pump the carcass as many times as they can until the stock is cancelled.

What reasons are most likely:

1. Some just don't even know about the Chapter 7 now? Maybe automated buy orders were even still active yesterday?

2. Mad gambling despite knowing?

3. Something rotten in Denmark, and it's all been a ploy to get all the little people to dump their shares? Since let's face it - we can't allow regular people who are not already among the rich and powerful elite to do well in life, and such privileges are reserved for only an elite few? Like with GameStop for instance?

If #3 is it then it certainly worked. I was able to sell all yesterday and saw no other best and rational choice. If it ever comes to light something fishy was really going on, however, that would be a very bad thing. Those behind it can also normally expect divine retribution someday, no matter how long after they forgot all about it and spent their lives laughing to the bank.

The truth appears to be that a good deed was done by Sam there on Friday...

Ergo, if the Tweet on Friday was accurate and true after all, which would seem to be so, it would be an example of Sam being transparent above and beyond what any law or policy required. More like following the "golden rule" rather than any man-made rule.

So that would be a good thing, and one which gave some people the opportunity to try to recover some of any losses before the final curtain.

Since every good gift in life comes from God, regardless of the human or other means involved, those of us who benefited can also be thankful to God for that as well. I was able to recover probably around 2/3 of what I had put in, when it could easily have been 0, so under the circumstances and all things considered that is great compared to just a total loss.

1. Are we going to hear it was all just an unauthorized use of the Twitter account by some miscreant and there was no Chapter 7 ruling Friday? Personally, I would not believe that for one moment, especially by now. Only a fool would if such a thing were said at this point.

2. Are they going to appeal? Or can they even appeal that? If they could, would it even make sense? Even if they could appeal, didn't stervc say he's never seen a stock come back from a Chapter 7?

Not that it will, but ANY delisted company, on any exchange, can be relisted after a Chapter 7 liquidation, if the come back into compliance with SEC requirements and regulations.

They receive a "Q" status in the meantime, and can be traded until delisted.

But, it 's a little puzzling that those who voted for the bankruptcy (the common shareholders) are now surprised that they got it.

Wrong. After chapter 7, the shares are cancelled. Trading of the stock ceases to exist. It doesn't just become another shell.

My point is DGTW will be "reborn" as a new shell/front...not exactly "dunzo"...

Example - PDPR
PDPR, "Marathon Group, Inc" was a shell bought from the the original ticker company Pediatric Prosthetics, Inc., hence the ticker name, a medical sector company. After that company went under, "Marathon Group" bought the shell and turned it into a "software development company" (one guy in his spit-level single family house in Waterbury, CT, "corporate offices") that also had an "internet CBD store" (that featured about 3 products and no way to buy them on the store). Nothing to do with the original company or sector. A P&D front, like FTWS, which according to FAA records, never owned the famous "Jet" they bragged about, or even part of any aircraft ever. They also went Grey this year.

PDPR was then P&D's a few years until 2021, when de-listed by the SEC for non-filing compliance. The juice was squeezed from the lemon.

DGTW will run a similar course, be bought during liquidation by one of the creditors insiders as part of the "Chapter 7 liquidation settlement" (easy to make the $3 M back that way, reborn as a new P&D. That's the game. Not exactly "dunzo," but it may go flatline a long time for them to get the shares back. It's what I would do, kill it, 0001, stock up, pump it as a new company a year or two from now.

It's the cycle of these shells. Not "dunzo," just more "funzo." I'd buy the DGTW shell, give it a fun name like "Dogtown," a make over with some pet or tech angle to make it cool, add a slick website, and...away we go! Who wouldn't buy in? Bang! Stay tuned...

They've gone to the trouble of keeping DGTW Pink current, no one's going to let a good shell go to waste, especially after the SEC delisted 70 this year. Cash cow, can you say Mooo-o-o-o-o?

They'll drive it down (accumulation), let it flat line a while, then poof! Nothing to fret, ride the wave. Look at all the OTCs, all coming down to papa, same charts for 2021, across the board. All dropping like flies, different excuses (company analysis) given. Play the game.

All I can say is that this is not the outcome that I was expecting to see for DGTW. The judge could have done what she done a long time ago. Why did she drag it on like she did? Why would she not want shareholders to be saved? This was the worst outcome that could have happened. Everyone loses now. I have never seen a stock recover from Chapter 7 Bankruptcy. All I can do now is lick my wounds and move on.
