Well, since we both apparently need counseling let's get to business. I may be naive but I believe Mark. I believe in the technology. Clearly he is awkward at communicating online and needs some one more adept. Less is more but..but.. why be so specific on 2 new attorneys dedicated to merger only? I can't believe it's a straight up lie and if so to what end? He can cancel this whole deal with a stroke of a pen. I think he has put much capital and sweat equity into this deal to come up short.... then again this is the Pinks and very few make it in the long run. I'm at peace ✌️ with my investment, may be a winner...might not but I'm sticking around to find out.

Hi DUTV Team…Sorry to have been quiet…As I have stated before, when I am quiet - it probably means we are busy on many fronts. Many exciting things continue to happen:
On the Merger: I spent most of this afternoon in meetings with attorneys working through the many details of the still pending merger….TWO new attorneys are now focused solely on getting that done…I know it has been too slow, but I want it done right.
They are experts at BOTH public companies AND the many details of complex mergers involving bringing many different technologies under one public umbrella WHILE legally minimizing taxes.

really is unfortunate that "announcement " of every potential corporate move came out too early and none saw any follow through-----a "merger" was first presented almost 2 years ago----now silence----there isnt a soul here who feels more confident it happens now versus a year ago-----mention of grants and a finance arm-----and no sales-----goldman sachs penning the share restructure----6 months ago ?----this would be such small potatoes for them-----3 days TOPS-----somebody mentioned " no RS" ---a year ago-----nada-----the ONLY thing that is ABSOLUTE FACT-----FACT not opinion-------for some reason mg is not making a move on ANY of it.
