LOL 600 shares. I think I will be calling the Co tomorrow and ask them exactly why they went public in the first place. I don't care if they don't need to raise money but don't let your shareholders hang. They need to start creating some liquidity here. A gem of a stock here where everything looks great but the company does nothing to promote or get the word out.
better and better
Your welcome. I think we all see this as a very solid company that is way undervalued IMO
Thanks for the DD puppman. Looks very promising and over the past week everytime I saw the price plummet I kept telling myself that I need to believe in the company and all the positives that are in place. I am going to add some more shares soon once I free up some funds. I really think this company is going to do well.
How about being part of this one...

CSC wins another Army logistics contract
BY Frank Tiboni
Published on Feb. 24, 2005
Officials at Computer Sciences Corp. announced this week that a CSC-led industry team that received a $199 million Army contract to design and build a computer interface between the service's field logistics systems and its new national one.
The Product Lifecycle Management Plus (PLM+) system will provide Army officials with information about the Army's products from their acquisition to fielding. PLM+ will also serve as a single point of entry for officials in the Navy, Air Force and Defense Department agencies to the service's logistics systems, CSC officials said in a Feb. 23 company statement.
"Under the PLM+ agreement, we will leverage our experience developing Logistics Modernization Program interfaces to deliver results in the form of a common set of business practices encompassing both the tactical and national levels. PLM+ is the linchpin for the Army in providing a single, integrated logistics environment, and it will help ensure that the Army has the right equipment in the right place at the right time," said Paul Cofoni, president of CSC's Federal Sector business unit, in the statement.
CSC's industry team members working on the almost six-year-long contract include Digital Fusion, IBM, Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems business unit and SAP. They will start working on the contract Feb. 28 at Fort Belvoir, Va., company officials said in the statement.
The Army's Logistics Modernization Program now supports 5,000 personnel at 12 service locations, CSC officials said in the statement.

How does it sound to be part of a contract that could be worth $240,000,000. Let's put it this way. Digital Fusion is knee deep in this right now. The final proposal was due March 16,2007 and the contract is awaiting to be awarded. Digital Fusion is part of the Research Analysis and Maintenance, Inc. Digital Fusion will join Alion, Caci, and Westech as the subcontractors for this Award.
RAM states..."Digital Fusion was selected to join this Team as a contributor to the engineering and modeling and simulation tasks. Digital Fusion brings direct experience in sensor technologies, high-fidelity simulation and integration with scene generation systems for ground-truth information to stimulate tested system high-fidelity seekers and associated tracker subsystems.
The SOC # for this is W9115U-06-R-0002 so keep your eyes open. If RAM wins this it is just more of a windfall for Digital Fusion. I peronally think that RAM has a good shot at winning this one!

Sure, insiders gottta pick up some cheapies somehow...still holding and waiting.
Interesting. 800 shares hit when the ask drop to 1.75 and then the ask jumps up to $2.00 after sitting at $1.90 for over an hour. Games sure are being played with this one IMO

Hmmm,, nice to know DIGF is ready to snap up what comes between the big dog yearly awards!
maddogs, that sounds like the NASA contract awarded in Sept. 05.
The one Iposted about looks like a subcontract with SAIC for an unknown (at the moment) amount that was awarded to SAIC in June/July 06.
I would hope if they assign any significant task orders to DIGF, that we might hear about it through a PR, but you never know with their low key approach.
yield
Thought that one was a 48 mill/5year..
DIGF teamed with SAIC on this one ...
This EAGLE contract was awarded to SAIC in July 2006 (7/24/06 PR).
SAIC has been selected as a prime contractor on the recently awarded Department of Homeland Security's (DHS) EAGLE (Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions) contract. The Department-wide contract will be used to provide information technology solutions to DHS and the agencies that support its mission. SAIC and our industry teammates, especially our small businesses teammates, are ready to provide solutions and services to support the vital needs of DHS. Our downtown Washington, D.C., EAGLE Project Management Office (PMO) is staffed and eager to continue supporting the agencies involved in our homeland security mission with the wide variety of leading-edge services and solutions SAIC and our teammates provide.
SAIC is leading a team as the prime contractor in four Functional Categories (FCs): Infrastructure Engineering, Operations and Maintenance, Software Development, and Management Support Services. Of the 25 companies selected for the unrestricted-track awards, SAIC was one of only four contractors to receive awards in four functional categories. This multi-award contract covers a five-year period of performance with two option years.
Digital Fusion is one of their teammates on the contract.

Not sure how much $ is involved, but just another source of income over the next 5 to 7 years.

Thanks puppman, I'm not done accumulating so it doesn't hurt at this point the low profile... time will tell but I do like the fundamentals of this company, the dimension of this contract that can ensure the cash flow required to growth the company, the fact that we can expect also a utilization of the workforce being over 75%. Certainly the revenue portion is and will keep growing, IMO they need to improve the profit % (a constant flow of work can greatly help on this).
Of course we cannot underestimate how the market in general can affect most of the stocks, but also this can be seen as a good opportunity for accumulating as it was the case this past week.
People cry for having audited financials on pinks... they will realize sooner or later that we have this right here on the annual reports!
Thanks for the DD and articles puppman. Appreciate it. Good luck to everyone next week.
nice to see this in the weekly news recaps--will get us some more eyeballs.
May be just semantices, but I liked this part-- "... Digital Fusion Solutions has won the Integrated Test and Analysis Contract -- the ITAC contract".
Not **AN** ITAC contract, but **THE** ITAC contract. If true they are right in the middle of this work going forward.
A tad more exposure this weekend for DIGF...

Could $1.90 be it. The ask was hit the last 5500 out of 5700 trades
Also wish they would have done so--the word is not out that DIGF is already profitable.
As to WHY, probably because they are pink and don't have to, and/or they were hoping to release them with the contract news (IR said this contract took a longer than expected time to be awarded).
I hope we're all still here when it does awaken, it will be a great day indeed. Good luck all in holding your position, I know I will be as much as it hurts right now.
One day you can count on this gem awakening IMHO. You can't keep a good man down forever.
Pretty amazing, is it not? A company going into a 100 mill a year+ contract aquisition phase in their growth,, and its a sleeper!!
If stock market was perfectly logical, everybody would do it, and it'd pay minimal wage :)
We are now down at the $2 level, which was support for quite a while and the level that DIGF was at before the contract was secured. DIGF had not had any kind of speculative run up before the contract became known, and it is hard for me to think that the company is not worth much more now than it was then.
I hope thats the case. I didn't set a stop loss and now that i'm down %29 I'm feelin it, however I was not in this for the PR pop that never came to fruition, so hopefully us longs will be rewarded for having faith in a small but fundamentally sound company.
Probably so. Could be some shorting as well.
Could of been someone was trying a shakeout. Most smart investors set a limit like 20% up or down and get out. Low point was over 20% down today on low volume. Looks like not many where scared.
The good news is that I would imagine most that bought in on day 1 of the announcement are gone now.
Its been time to buy all the way down. Just gonna take a little longer then first thought MO
Wow. Blood on the streets.... time to buy?
with lemons, make lemonade
I am a bit unhappy with the company and the way the IR side goes. This slide sucks but notice the volume. Low volume selling is no biggie as any buying pressure will push the PPS up fast. The company has to reach out to more investors.
I agree with you. Thought this week would be uphill so I'll just hold and wait. Better than taking a 5,000 loss.
Thanks for the reply. I agree with you, i'm in it for the long haul and am waiting on additional funds to free themselves up so I can buy in at this low PPS and hold it for a long while. That being said, I did search for the information prior to posting, but was unable to find it, thanks again for posting it.
Looking on the internet, one can find a notice of co. meet scheduled for 6-5-07, looking at previous years patterns of co. stock awards/compensations, end of april begining of may is the pattern. Last year had a signifigant pps jump and should have had one here. But very little in co. participated news or prs, thus little move. As the new contact should bring 23 mill revs per year by itsself, and the o/s stated last by co. is 11.5 mill one does have to ask WTF over?!
Myself, I will be buying ongoing as funds allow,,, but be aware I can sit for as long as I like on this, even if it takes a year or longer to realize profits. But that's just me.
I thought I remember reading about some upcoming meeting but can't find any information. Do you remember what the meeting was regarding? Also, i'm getting a little worried on the PPS in its perpetual downslide, any advice or ideas as to why things are happening after such a positive multiyear contract with the government?
More volume and exposure would be nice. As well as some more information from the company. I'm not enjoying this downhill slide following a positive PR w/ govt. contract, and I'm sure i'm not alone.
Beginning to think the few major parties owning some 50% plus of the o/s may just be looking for a buyout next year and don't care till then. With a growth rate of 40% per annum, difinitive profitability this year, looking at next years(aprils contracting) would put them about 80 mill revs.. Should be able to get around 10$ equivilent or better per share. Doesn't help now, that 80 mill in revs in a defense company seems to be the number at which their being bought out at.
It would be nice if the Investor Relations > Request Information feature on their site actually works.
Nice opportunity today to accumulate some more
No news, people are probably just figuring out novel ways to dump stocks on low volume :)
Would like to know what went on in the company meeting yesterday/night.
Looks like some buying at the end of day...
2.50 1000 OTO 16:00:20
2.45 500 OTO 15:59:16
2.40 200 OTO 15:58:39
2.40 500 OTO 15:35:06
yeah.. 11.43 o/s with 1.5 mill float, quick mover. Just missed getting somemore on fri.
It is going to be tough to accumulate as any buying pressure pushes the ask up fast
Least we forget, in 4 mo,s the co. will be looking for the next
"largest award we've ever recieved", like the last 3 years in a row. Accumulation now is the key.
